I loved the response time of their support team.
I cannot get money. Every day I ask to confirm the payment, they need to press one button to release the money, and every day I hear from them the answer - yes, we will do it later. Every day for a week they feed me with promises, I still cannot get my money. They just need to press one button, I no longer have the patience. I didn't think I would get such big problems.

Our colleagues tried many time to confirm your payment but PayPal sustem didn't allow the operation. That's why we asked for a screenshot from your panel to investigate the problem further. When you change any currency to BTC, it is clearly stated in the first step description that how much is the transaction fee (charged by the wallet we're sending from as NETWORK FEE), how much do we send and how much you will receive. As we truly claimed, we never charge anything more than that and we never take anything more from our customers.
We never change the terms of any exchange or add any additional fees at the end of your steps. Also, we don't have any control over the network fee and we won't benefit from that or take shares.

Sorry for the problem you have faced. But we don't think not reading the terms before doing transaction makes some website scammers. everything has been done based on what you can see on our website. You could always make a refund based on our refund policy and you didn't even agree to those terms.

We never Ignore any chats from our customers. Sometimes the load is too high that customers have to wait a bit before we get to them.
Your order was completed only 7 minutes after you placed it. No Exchange put their reputation at risk for just one transaction with very small profit. As I mentioned before, the refund option is available. You can request a refund based on our terms.
