Your order was created at 00:08, the funds were received at 00:13, and the first order through which your ETH was sold was opened at 00:14. This process is confirmed by the provided screenshots, including a screenshot of the spot trade.

Thus, the processing time was less than 10 minutes. Please clarify where the information about 15–20 minutes of waiting came from. There were no violations of the service regulations on our part.

Quoted vs. Received

I was quoted 10,000 USDT.

At the moment of sending, 2.1826 ETH was worth $10,044.35.

I actually received only 9,954.61 USDT.

This is a loss of around $90, which is far too high to be explained by “floating rates.”

Execution vs. Payout

The exchanger shared their own Gate.io receipt showing they sold my ETH for 9,972.99 USDT.

However, they transferred only 9,954.61 USDT to me.

That is an unexplained shortfall of 18.38 USDT on top of the slippage.

Commission Misrepresentation

In chat, they told me the commission is 0.2%.

But their official calculator shows that to receive 10,000 USDT, a customer must send 2.2256 ETH, which equals a spread of 1.7–2%.

This means the real commission is much higher than they claim.

Delay & Contradiction

Their agent told me “processing within 5–15 minutes after funds are received.”

My transaction had already 12–17 confirmations, but they kept stalling, contradicting their later claim here that the order was processed “in under 10 minutes.”

Reputation Pressure

Their support even asked me to delete my negative review, which is not acceptable behavior.

However, according to Gate.io and CoinMarketCap, at the time of order creation (27.08.2025, 00:08 MSK / 21:08 UTC) the price was approximately 4,575 USDT. The amount you mentioned is not supported by market data.

After thorough calculations, the total fees amounted to 0.184 %, which is even lower than the minimum 0.2 % specified in our rules. You placed an order with a floating rate, where the payout is calculated strictly at the time the funds are received. We also provide a fixed rate option, where the payout amount is locked at order creation and all market risks are borne by us.

As for the processing time:

According to the regulations, processing time is counted from the moment the funds are received. In this case, the entire process took only 4 minutes 41 seconds, which is fully compliant with the rules.

The order was executed correctly and in full accordance with our regulations.

We would also like to note that when creating an order, the client can choose between a floating rate or a fixed rate.

With a floating rate, the payout amount is recalculated strictly at the market price at the time the funds are received.

With a fixed rate, the payout amount is locked at the moment of order creation, and all market fluctuation risks are borne by us.

In this case, a floating-rate order was chosen, so the payout was calculated based on the actual market price at the time the funds were received.

1. Inflated amounts.
You continue to refer to “10,044.35 USDT,” but this figure is not supported by either Gate.io or CoinMarketCap. At the time of order creation the ETH price was around 4,575 USDT, not 4,600. The amount you cited is inflated and has no confirmation in market data.

2. Commissions.
You again mention an “unexplained 8.81 USDT.” This has already been explained: it represents our service fee (~0.088%). Together with the exchange fee, the total deduction was 0.184%, which is even below the 0.2% minimum specified in our rules. In other words, you received more favorable terms than the regulation requires.

3. “1.7–2% spread.”
This figure does not come from our calculator. Our system does not show such values — these are your own assumptions. The actual commission on your transaction, confirmed by the executed orders, was 0.184%.

4. Processing time.
You again mention a “delay,” but the facts are clear:
