The transaction went through. But I want to point out that at the time of the transaction, the exchanger suddenly changed the rate by 4-5%, and obviously not in my favor. But they sent me the ETH they promised at the new rate. And immediately after the transaction, the rate dropped again. Overall, it left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't want to exchange anything on this site again. Keep that in mind.

A small transfer to Raiffeisen via SBP. Everything went quickly and under the operator’s supervision on WhatsApp.

Extremely poor changes of the website owner, before we could can clearly see exchange operations but after this upgrade after creating exchange order he ask to login into your account then only address is visible but after login instantly logs out unable to see any details failed to login into account. But being the site is legit I paid to the asked address by copying from mail ID and payment not received to my wallet upto 20 minutes. Hence I got scared. Website admin need to fix his website which I also reported by shouting video of it but he says problem is only at my side which is not true.

Usually quite fast — great for quick (the only reason i use it) small transfers — but today payment is taking far longer, the staff was pointing to the fact that the payment might take up to 3 days according to the exchange rules.

So far I have done more than 5k of exchanges and working well. Sometimes sending different amount which is also getting canulated well to send again. Low fees makes it more better.
But I do not like 1 feature which is time limit of 20 minutes.
Exchanger should have option that if sometimes money reaches after 20 min then it is also carried out by system and process exchange at current rates.
