I created an exchange order for a significant amount. However, the exchange transferred only 13% of the total fiat amount. Since that moment, the order has not been completed.
More than 24 hours have passed since the order was created. During this entire period, the exchange has been unable to transfer the remaining funds. I contacted their support repeatedly throughout the day, requesting immediate action. Despite constant communication, no real steps were taken to resolve the issue.
As the exchange failed to complete the transaction, I formally requested a refund of the remaining amount in cryptocurrency. This request has also not been fulfilled. Instead of taking action, the exchange representatives continue to provide empty promises while no funds are returned.
The exchange operates within limited business hours, which have already ended. As of now, I am left without the fiat funds and without the cryptocurrency. This situation is unacceptable and poses a serious financial risk.
The exchange has failed to meet its obligations, failed to process the order within a reasonable timeframe, and failed to return the funds. This behavior raises serious concerns regarding the reliability and safety of this service.
I strongly do not recommend using this exchange service until these issues are fully resolved and their operational standards are improved.
I formally request the BestChange team to intervene, investigate this case, and assist in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
