The AML case arose due to high-risk markers in the assets that the user had sent

On May 9th, I placed a TRX to PrivatUAN order for 265 TRX from my personal EXODUS wallet at a rate of 1:15.23. After the TRON network transaction was fully completed and my funds were credited to the wallets of this exchange, my order was immediately deleted. No notification or explanation was provided. A day of pointless correspondence followed, waiting for a decision on whether to return the TRX to the wallet from which the payment was made. More than a day passed, but no one returned the coins. Then came the excuses, claiming the system saw risks in the $96 order and therefore deleted it from the panel immediately after receipt. The administration refuses to respond, doesn't clearly explain the reason or provide evidence, and only a chat bot demands mountains of meaningless evidence. Video recordings from a personal device, photos of everything imaginable, selfies with IDs, photos of all the passport pages, and another day of waiting! As of May 11th, the funds still haven't been returned to the wallet. Please suspend this service until payment is made! And keep in mind that for a small transaction, you'll have to provide mountains of documents that will go nowhere, reams of absurd evidence about the origin of funds, correspondence, photos, and videos, all for nothing. Days pass, and your coins will be used, assuring you of some kind of freeze on your order until you provide everything they can think of.
