My first payout USDT to UAH (Visa/Mastercard) was split into 2 parts. The greater one was completed in a moment, the other one took several hours and failed in the end because of my bank (Kredobank). So I was asked to provide another card from another bank and I was provided with a list of recommended banks. I used Oschadbank. The transfer was completed fast.
