In the exchange order notes they state that user should opt for SBP exchange route for faster payment and they provide SBP phone number field, so you would think if you put phone number to this field it will be going that way. But this field is ignored and in order to use SPB you have to select this entry explicitly in the drop down menu — not SBER, but SBP. This is not stated anywhere. SBP route is fast but has less preferable rate which is not an issue. Main issue is that unless you know all the above beforehand you will spend hours waiting for your money and need to manually interact with operator. Avoid.
