Fiy, the exchanger ignored me for 8 hours or more in private, overlooking tickets asking for assistance.

Insteas as soon as the complaint went public, he rushed to solve. It seems some exchangers act only if called out in public.

This behavior (ignoring until a negative review is left) is not very professional, the exchanger should answer to tickets faster.

I hope you can encourage a more reliable behavior without having to use complaints here as remedy.

I got funds but after waiting 4 hrs. That means if someone need of instant payment the seller will mark his payment as error instead of fixing own website and then go to sleep then just wait for the Ukrainian Country person to come online and he may also fail to come online sometimes if Russia start his bombing.
So be careful if you have lot of funds for donation go with exchanger.

On our website, as well as on the monitoring website, an additional commission of 1 USDT is indicated. We do not understand the essence of your claim. When creating an application, you were familiar with the specified amount and the rules of the service (https://monosnap.com/file/vFu0SftNWpb1d8nQHuT1MmZYkA8NfF), agreed with them, and paid for the application. Information about the transaction was sent to your mail, for technical reasons it indicates the total amount without taking into account the commission, but this cannot be a pretext for a complaint, since we indicated this commission before the exchange. Yeap, that is ok. No worries. Confirmatino email I got from EliteObmen states that "Receive: Tether (TRC20) 500 USDT". While I actually received 499. The differnece caused this claim.

P.s. I do not says just one email. I mean all 3 emails one receioves during an exchange ("...You have made and exchange request...", "...Payment for echange #... accepted...", and "Exchange on request #... completed! ..."). Each of those emails from EliteObmen states "Receive: Tether (TRC20) 500 USDT". Unfortunately, this site does not accept screenshots. Feel free to contact me via email, so that I could send you the attachments.

EliteObmen has shown me on the site and send email confirmation that receive amount for my transaction was 200 USDT.
As I have not receive part of that sum yet, I prefere to renew this claim (untill it is resolved), regardless of which administration will review it.
