I had a dispute regarding a USDT transaction. I provided a TRC20 wallet address, but later I was shown a screenshot mentioning ERC20, which does not match the address format. This was already a serious red flag.
I repeatedly asked the exchanger to provide actual proof of transfer, including:
the exact recipient address,
the exact network used,
a valid TxID,
and a blockchain explorer link.
They failed to provide proper verifiable evidence. Instead, I only received generic replies saying the payment was marked as paid and that they are not responsible for incorrect wallet details. That does not prove that the funds were actually sent.
The most suspicious part is that after I kept asking for real proof, they blacklisted me instead of resolving the issue or providing blockchain evidence.
In my opinion, this is not how a legitimate and transparent exchanger should behave. Based on my experience, I believe this service acted dishonestly and I strongly warn others to avoid it.

The exchanger has still not provided valid and consistent blockchain proof of transfer. There are multiple serious contradictions in the evidence they submitted.
First, I provided a USDT TRC20 wallet address, which is a TRON-format address beginning with “T”. However, the exchanger claimed that the payment was sent via ERC20 / Ethereum. This is already a major inconsistency, because the address format does not match a standard ERC20 Ethereum address.
Second, the screenshot they provided as proof is itself inconsistent, because it shows ERC20 as the network while displaying a TRON-format recipient address. This alone makes the screenshot unreliable as evidence of transfer.
Third, and most importantly, the TxID they provided does not correspond to my transaction. It leads to a different blockchain operation, which means it cannot be accepted as proof for order CHINA-X7263.
For a transfer to be properly proven, the exchanger must provide consistent and verifiable blockchain evidence showing:
the exact destination address,
the exact blockchain network,
the correct transaction hash,
and the matching blockchain explorer record for that specific transaction.
At present, none of these points have been properly established in a consistent and verifiable way. Because of this, I believe the exchanger has not proven that my payment was actually sent as claimed.
I kindly ask BestChange administration to take into account the contradiction between the TRC20 address and the claimed ERC20 network, as well as the fact that the provided TxID points to a different operation and therefore cannot serve as valid proof of payment.
