They advertised an exchange rate that was much higher than other exchangers. After I sent my funds, they suddenly informed me that the rate was a mistake and asked if I agreed to exchange at a lower rate. What choice did I have at that point? My money was already with them, so I reluctantly agreed.
After delay they finally completed the exchange. However, the problems did not stop there. It turned out that they had made yet another mistake and exchanged my funds at the higher rate they originally advertised. Now they are demanding that I send them an additional $58 to compensate for their own error.
I have spent half a day dealing with this single exchange and an endless back-and-forth conversation. The entire process has been stressful, unprofessional, and extremely frustrating.
Multiple mistakes, changing terms after receiving funds, and then asking the customer to cover the consequences of their errors is simply unacceptable. I cannot recommend this exchange service.

As soon as the issue was identified, we offered you two options: a full refund of your funds or completion of the exchange at the current market rate. You voluntarily chose to proceed with the exchange at the market rate, and this was confirmed in our conversation.
Second, we did not “demand” that you send us an additional $58. Due to a processing error on our side, the exchange was accidentally completed at the originally displayed rate instead of the agreed market rate. After discovering this, we politely informed you about the mistake and asked whether you would be willing to return the difference.
This was a request, not a demand. If you choose not to return the funds, the matter is closed from our side. We have no intention of pursuing the issue further.
