Ordered payment to UAH card, after an hour of waiting I wrote to support. I was given an answer from 30 minutes to 24 hours. The regulations specify up to 3 banking days. Bestexchange you need to look into this exchanger. This is not the first time they are doing this to me, they are using selfish tricks to trade. Their rate was 1.033 for usdt to perfectmoney when I created and paid for my order but now it is 1.027. That is why they cancelled my order and refunded USDT, because of this selfish behaviour, I have lost the transfer fee I spent to send to them. This is not fair for exchange
