More than six months ago, I exchanged USDT for EUR through this exchange service. Shortly after the transaction, my Wise account was blocked because it received several split payments from unknown individuals.
Once the restriction period ended, I submitted an appeal and regained access to my Wise account. Only then did I discover that the funds in my account had actually been returned to the exchange service.
I contacted the exchange immediately and informed them about the situation. I also have clear evidence showing that all of the funds were returned to them just two days after the original exchange.
Despite this, during the first week they kept passing me from one person to another, claiming that they had not received the funds. After I provided my Wise statement proving that the money had been returned, they eventually refunded two out of the three payments.
However, they still have not refunded the largest payment, claiming that they cannot confirm that they received it.
After another week of discussions, I asked them to provide a statement from their own account so I could verify whether the funds had actually been received. Every day I receive the same response: “We requested the statement,” “We are checking,” etc. But I have received no concrete information or documentation.
Their support now claims they cannot provide the statement because the account has been closed. However, it is possible to obtain a statement after an account is closed — I personally obtained a complete statement from my closed Wise account.
At this point, I have documentary evidence showing that the money was returned to the exchange, yet they still refuse to return the largest payment to me.
I strongly recommend against using this exchange service. The way they handle disputes is extremely disappointing: constant excuses, no concrete answers, and a refusal to provide documents that could actually clarify what happened.
If you use similar services, always keep your bank statements, transaction confirmations, and all correspondence. In situations like this, those documents may be the only thing that can prove what actually happened.

Regarding the transfers you mentioned: the bank’s request concerned only one transaction in the amount of 69, which you initially rejected, but which was subsequently credited to our account. For the other three transfers, the refunds were initiated by you independently. One of these refunds was received by our account. The other two transfers were not credited because, by that time, the relevant account details had been closed.
Due to the closure of the accounts, Wise informed you that you needed to provide alternative account details for the refund. You provided a screenshot of this communication yourself as part of the correspondence. However, based on the history of the case, it appears that alternative account details were not provided.
In addition, in March, the service attempted to contact you by email to inform you about the refund and to clarify whether you had provided Wise with alternative bank account details. You were also asked to contact us via chat or provide a Telegram contact for faster communication.
You only responded four months later. After retrieving and reviewing the archived records, the service processed the refund of the amounts that had actually been credited to our account.
