I did an exchange of 0.7893 BTC to 1999.64 PM USD on 1st July,2017 but I have not received my PM. My Order was given two Transaction IDs due to recalculation of exchange rate and changed to COMPLETED but no PM was received.
I have written several emails, tickets and have been trying to contact Live Chat who will always respond whenever I succeed, that Admin will handle it. About 72hours after order was placed, I got response that I should wait you are out of stock. Then, I have been requesting for a refund of my BTC since you are out of stock and I keep getting reply that admin will handle it.
This is the 5th day(3 working days and 2 non-working days), no 1999.59 PM USD and no refund of my BTC. This is really bad to my business. What is happening? How long more do I have to wait for Admin to treat my issue? Please someone should respond to me.

I have paid my payment but okpay hold that payment and this exchanger changed to cancelled status instead of showing hold status. then after okpay released payment they change status to paid late and not processing my order
