Fiatex exchanger

we have processed the payment for your request, but unfortunately, it has become stuck at the bank. We will notify you as soon as the payment goes through or is cancelled.

I have contacted you through two separate chats on your website, as well as through every available customer support channel, and have not received a single response from any representative of your company for many hours.

Furthermore, I have not received any proof or confirmation that the payments have been processed and transferred to my bank account. There are also no notifications or incoming transactions reflected in my online banking.

Therefore, I will not withdraw my complaint or dispute until I receive verifiable proof that the funds have been transferred and credited to my account, or until I receive a full refund to my original payment card.

I expect an immediate response and a clear resolution to this matter.

My bank has officially confirmed there were no operations initiated to fund my account.

I want to add some important details for the BestChange administration and for other users.

The claim was marked “solved” when nothing was solved. The Fiatex admin replied here only after I filed this complaint, and immediately marked it “Claim solved”. I have not received any funds or any refund.
No proof of payment, only contradictory statements. It has now been about 15 hours since I sent 1,000 USDT, and Fiatex still has not given me a payment slip, transaction reference, SEPA/SWIFT confirmation or any other proof that a payment was sent. In Telegram, support first said the payment was “subject to bank processing”. A minute later they wrote that they would let me know “as soon as we receive the return”. Here they say it is “stuck at the bank”. These statements contradict each other. I asked them in Telegram to send a payment slip, and so far I have had no answer.
My bank confirms there was no payment. My bank has officially confirmed in writing that no payment was initiated to my account and that nothing is being held on their side.
Support answered only under public pressure. Neither of the website chats answered me for more than 12 hours. Telegram support replied only at 12:32, after this complaint had been filed.
No licence or regulation. I could not find any registered legal entity, licence or regulator for Fiatex.
The positive reviews look suspicious. Many recent reviews are very short and almost identical, appear at a steady rate of one or two a day, and some come from very similar usernames (e.g. “TofuTina22” and “TofuTina99”). In my opinion, many of them may be generated to bury real complaints.
Taken together, all of this makes me believe this exchanger may be operating as a scam. My demand remains the same: complete the exchange I paid for and send the EUR to my bank card, with verifiable proof of the transfer (payment slip or transaction reference).

I ask the BestChange administration to request payment documents from Fiatex and not to treat this claim as resolved. I can provide the order number, the transaction hash, the bank’s confirmation letter and screenshots of the Telegram conversation.
