The bank statement shows another thai bank from which the internal transfer was made. Swift transfers do not arrive at night on weekends—this is for your information for future reference when you argue again.

As for the claim that a special usd account is required, it is utter nonsense and shows a lack of understanding of the process. Any international swift wire transfer successfully reaches thai banks and is converted to thb at the bank's exchange rate. The idea that a special usd account is needed to receive usd in a thai bank is purely your fantasy.

The issue lies in your inability to distinguish between an international swift transfer and a local transfer. From my conversation with your live agent, i realized that they do not understand what swift is, cannot differentiate between local and international transfers, and generally have zero knowledge on the subject.

This leads me to just one question: how can you take responsibility for handling other people’s funds when you clearly have no understanding of how the process works? how is it possible to confuse an international swift transfer with a local transfer?

I assume i don’t need to explain to you that the method by which you receive funds matters? if you are asked to send money via swift international wire transfer, it must be sent using that method, not whichever way you choose. If you made a mistake, have the professionalism to admit it instead of arguing and trying to prove that a local transfer is equivalent to an international one.
