So eventually I got my money back, but it's kinda weird that you have to write to support at every step — for some reason exchanger can't send the money automatically back to source, you have to tell support explicitly where the money should be send. Although all the info was stated in the initial exchange order and I explicitly requested that I want money back once order is verified. Still needed to get back to support the next day to start reimbursement procedure.
