At first, the exchange employees said they would refund me before the investigation.
Within a few hours, it became clear they hadn't looked into the matter.

First of all, we want to bring your attention that the payment was done from our side, but seems it was not credited to your account by Wise. Moreover, according to your words your account was blocked.
In our opinion, the reason for this is that you used the account not in your name (we presume you have bought it on the market, we are not stating this, that is only our thoughts), and that is why Wise considered it as risky.
We know that Wise is very strict in this regard and exactly for such cases we have a warning on the website, which you may see BEFORE creating the order: "A successfully sent transfer is considered as final. Any questions that arise after receiving funds to your account are solely your responsibility. It is strictly forbidden to make a refund, this may lead to a complete loss of funds and/or additional costs from your side."
Secondly, we never promised to refund you before investigation, however, we are ready to perform a refund after you send euros back to us.
At the moment we still have not received funds from you, they are still at your blocked Wise.
And in the end, we want to emphasize that we were in contact with you all the time trying to solve your issue and we are still working on it, eventhough the problem is on your side.
For the sake of justice, we want all readers know that this client was rude and impatient throughout the entire conversation and is manipulating and threatening our support with writing negative reviews.
Anyways, we are in touch to help you to solve the problem and will perform a refund in full after we receive the funds back.

1) On September 24, I sent cryptocurrency to the exchange's account details.
2) On September 24, I received a “successful” exchange status.
3) On September 24, Wise sent the funds back (made a refund) to the sender's account details (exchange service).
4) I have a statement from my Wise account showing that the money was returned to the sender's account on September 24.
5) I have a statement from the sender's Revolut account (belonging to the exchange service) showing that the money was received on September 25.
6) I am asking the service to contact Revolut (where the money was sent to my Wise account and where the money was returned from Wise) to request clarification from Revolut regarding the current location of the returned money.
7) In fact, the statement dated September 25 contains information that the money was returned to the Revolut account (belonging to the exchange service).
8) The owner or administrator of the exchange service refuses to contact Revolut and request information about the location of the money that, according to the Revolut statement, was returned.
9) Instead of participating in resolving the issue and communicating with Revolut, the exchange service writes everything except reliable information.
10) The situation goes beyond a working solution and forces us to contact the police to find the funds, since the exchange is doing nothing to resolve the issue.

For some reasons you are not telling that you received an email from Wise saying that refund to our account was not successful.
Also, you are not mentioning that you are using Wise account, which you bought somewhere in web, and this account already had same problems with unsuccessful transactions.
We think that for the same reason you are not saying that your way of communication is extremely rude and disrespectful. You are not considering information we are providing to you in the tiniest details.
Moreover, we told you what to do, but you still didn't get an answer from Wise, who is actually the only one who can send the funds somewhere else, either to our account or your different one.
To sum up, we do not have a refund from you (statement provided), the funds are still on your blocked Wise account (they are not shown in your statement, because they are hold by Wise on their technical account). Your account is not on your name, it was bought in the internet, you already had the same problems. The issue is fully on your side and responsibility for all happening now as well.
So, we can say that you are trying to shift responsibility to us along with discrediting our service with untruthful comments.
We are cancelling the claim until you get the update from Wise.

According to the exchange service, the transfer you requested was correctly sent to the Wise account within the specified timeframe. Wise rejected the deposit and automatically initiated a refund, but the funds have not yet been returned to the exchanger's account. According to Wise's notification, the funds have been temporarily held in Wise's technical account pending an internal review.
The exchange service has sent Wise a statement (including a statement indicating that the refund was not credited) and is awaiting an official response. Please also note that the Wise account you provided is not registered in your name, which may lead to or increase verification by the payment system.
This incident was not the fault of the exchange service. Therefore, the financial claim has been transferred to neutral status.
