Your coins triggered a High-Risk AML Flag (75%), including 59% Scam exposure.
Any service is required to stop the transaction and request verification — these are not our rules, this is international AML compliance.

Instead of providing documents, you posted an unconfirmed review.
We are ready to complete your order as soon as you verify that the funds are not connected to prohibited sources.

Don't fall for this. They claim this to trick you into providing documentation. They can easily refund your money without requiring any identity documentation.

According to our Policy (sections 3.1, 4.1, 5 and 6):
• transactions with AML risk >65% are automatically frozen;
• verification is mandatory in such cases;
• refunds cannot be issued without KYC when the funds are flagged as high-risk.

Your transaction has 75% AML risk, including 59% Scam/Dark Market exposure, which is exactly why verification was requested.

These are not “tricks”, but the platform rules and international AML regulations.
Once you complete verification, your order will be processed.

Nope. They simply claim you failed AML in order to get hold of your information and then sell it. What happens to the funds they've now taken?
