Good afternoon. For the past 7.5 months I have been waiting for the return of my funds from the platform. I am a resident of Spain. Within 7.5 months from the moment cex.io made the decision to close my account, I responded to all requests coming to me from the platform, provided all supporting documents. And lo and behold, on Friday, March 10, I received a letter that the withdrawal was approved and I can withdraw my funds, everything except Matic. I made 2 payments, in line with my $10,000 per day withdrawal verification limit, but the payments were pending and the daily limit suddenly changed to 100 euros per day. Accordingly, I wrote to support, who sent me a letter with permission to withdraw funds, what is the problem, and also wrote letters to the support service, but still have not received a response. Complete ignore. And just an hour ago, my payments returned to the cex.io balance again, without reaching my wallets. I don't understand what the jokes are.
