Hello, it is 9 days passed from the previous complaint from my side. Unfortunately, I have not received any further updates. To remind, on May 13, 2025, I made a trade #*** BTC-USD. The ExWm transfer was rejected by the receiving bank. Until now, June 06, I have not received either the cryptocurrency back or new bank transfers of USD. Please help resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Hello, there is no response from ExWm to my queries. ExWm doesn't return my funds after the bank transfer rejection. Now it is almost one month since ExWm cannot resolve the problem. I'm requesting to escalate and expedite resolution of this case.

Unfortunately, we still have not received all the returned funds to the sender’s accounts. We are in ongoing contact with the bank and are doing everything possible to expedite the process.

It is already a month and a half passed since the funds returned to the sender (ExWm), but I don't get refund of my money sent, despite multiple reminders and chasers from my side. I urge you to refund my money as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, such processes are not fast in these types of banks. However, we assure you that we are doing everything we can to expedite the resolution.

I can't accept answers with no certain timeline, and I cannot wait forever. On my end, I have liaised with my Bank and they provided all required refund confirmation, including transaction tracking number. I don't have any relations with the sender's bank, and I have zero visibility on what's happening on their side. You could not provide any communication with the Sender's bank to me either. Having said this, I cannot understand why and what I should wait if a problem is not on my side. As mentioned, almost 50 days has passed already, that is a long time for a refund by normal standards. This is very poor experience with the exchanger and a very warning signal. I request you to send my funds back to me as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, after 2.5 months (!) of waiting for my refund, ExWm only repaid around 20% of the whole amount. No clear indication of further refund is provided.
