Very bad exchange. I do not recommend to change them. The relationship with the client is the worst I have seen. You lose a lot of money and nerves.

Contacted Magnatus to exchange 1000$ from PayPal to usdt. Due to a failure on the site payment was delayed twice. I wrote about this in support. The manager did not answer for 2 hours. In order not to lose money I opened a case on PayPal about double payment.

When the manager replied — he started accusing me and demanding to close the case. He refused to answer my questions.
After a few hours to the conversation came the administrator. Told me to leave a case on PayPal, the repayment will return and the exchange will transfer me usdt.

The next day I was again asked to cancel the dispute without reason.
Why can not return money via dispute never explained to me.
Exchanger refuse to change usdt until I close the dispute on PayPal about duplicate transfer.

The magnatus is crap, old design and inconvenient functionality. But that's only half the trouble.
My exchange was made only after 4! days. And no one wrote me the transaction hash, although contact was established via telegram. I had to request it additionally.

Now i was denied service under the pretext of "it's better to save nerves and time and not make subsequent exchanges" well, i agree))) i'll go to another exchanger. I recommend not to use this exchanger!
