I just made an exchange 950 usdc to 78751.20 RUB. All ok. Yes it is 11 transfers, but I ok with it and seems my Bank too. No issues so far in T Bank. I also used service on wednesday 27.08, 800 usdc, 65716.32 RUB. All ok same way. Wednesday the whole process took me 1,5 hours, seems I hit busy time, today less than hour, 54 minutes approximately. Disgusting exchanger! $700 (59,000 rubles) took 4 hours to withdraw!
I asked them to send no more than 3 transfers, they offered me to withdraw at a rate of 10% less, and to withdraw in one transfer, at a rate of 20% lower...
As a result, the miserable $700 was dropped in 8 transfers
I highly do not recommend cooperation!

Very good very well. They actually send funds in small transactions of no more than $100, but this is compensated by the speed. While other exchangers take several hours to withdraw everything, this one managed it in less than an hour.

They will send your money for 60$ each transaction, even if you are changing 1k$, so be ready to get your account blocked
They can even accidentally send some of the transactions to the wrong bank, if it was registered on the same phone number

They do everything in micro transactions. I initiated a transfer and started receiving a handful of small transactions. I wrote to support that it is too many transactions for this total amount and will cause problems with my bank. They said not to worry about it that they are complying with regulations and continued to send.

Sure enough my bank flagged the transactions and am currently at risk of losing my account which is tied to some investments. The support said it will take 1-2 business days to write a letter for the bank and help me get my account unblocked which made me feel better at first. Support said they will have it ready today (day 2). No responses on what's going on or the update. They know I must respond to my bank by tomorrow.

I don't know if they are even writing a letter. I ask for updates and they read my messages and don't respond (it's now 12am as I write this)

Payment was fast sure, yes I received the money in my bank account but compliance wise, huge red flag with micro transactions.

Fine if you want quick $100 payment but their minimum requirement of $750 and appealing rates will probably get you flagged with how they conduct the transfers (sending $70-$100 every couple of minutes until the full amount is met) so 10-30 transfers within 2 hours all from different people. I'm pissed that I have to deal with this and that they now aren't responding when it's urgent and their own fault. Never had such an issue with an exchange. Yes I feel stupid for letting them continue the transactions and not putting my foot down but they should know how to do this properly or set limits to what they can do (their limit is 3,000). Use at your own risk.
