Overall, everything went well. Exchanged satoshi for hryvnia. The website wrote that the exchange was completed, but not the entire amount was received. After contacting their support service and providing a bank statement, the exchanger sent the missing amount (which is almost 5 thousand hryvnia). I think they need to be more careful and not rush to set the status to “completed” if the exchange is not yet completed.

Hi everyone. First I want to apologise in my previous review and for my behavior the last time with this exchanger. It clearly stated in their website that they process during working hours and my time is eastern and it was late for them to process this. So I am really sorry for this. I am waiting for my payment paitently and as soon as I receive it I will share it with you guys. I am on the believe we could use this exchanger everytime once we understand and we go by their terms and conditions.
