According to the information available, the exchanger has no financial obligations to this user
I made an exchange, sent money, waited for time, the money did not come, I wrote to support, they said:
"Unfortunately, our liquidity provider is unable to process this deposit" and said that they would make a refund within 24 hours
It's been 23+ hours since I contacted support AND the time they submitted a refund request, and even more time since I sent them the funds
