In the main page and list of exchange rate for trone trx to btc easy bit stand on 2 or 3 stairs and minimum trone asked for exchange is 65 but 2 important point
1: the minimum trx need for exc on easy bit is 467 not 67
2: some exchanger that stand lower down of easy bit pay more than for exchange
example easy bit for 100 tron e pay 0.0001
Other one that 5-6 stairs downer of easy bit for 100trone pay 0.00013 Btc(this numbers is not exactly that pay just for example say)

Excellent service!

I have used them for many exchanges so far without any issue and all orders are completed very fast and on very good rates I have to admit.

I just have never encountered the lack of professionalism as on many other exchangers within bestchange but with better rates very often and fast enough transactions so I believe they are the best ones in here, happy to find them!

As the team informed you over email communication the programmatic communication with our wallet provider is under maintenance. Please note that in order to be able to process or refund orders our systems need to get access to the wallets associated with the transactions, and for that, the maintenance needs to be finalized.

Once the maintenance is over all orders will proceed normally! Similar cases usually last a few hours, but this is taking longer than anticipated given the lack of personnel during the Christmas days. The last update is that the maintenance will probably be completed within the day!

Also, THE wallet provider stated the transaction is high risk. I asked for proof of that they didn't provide. So now I demand personal documents of all easybit.com staff so I can trust send them mine as no one knows who they are.

Have exchanged multiple times and many pairs with them and it is very good each and every time!

I am surprised that nothing has ever gone wrong with these guys so far, the transactions are quick and its easy to use their environment.

Before them I was using other services and was running into problems quite often so I am glad I fount them.

A terrible exchanger decided to exchange bitcoin for ETC when exchanging for $1500 they requested verification. although there was not a word about it in their exchange manual! Also the money is not returned. It's been about 40 minutes, no one answers, there is no chat on the site!

Tried to exchange 5000 usdc to usdt, was asked to validate my account, uploaded all necessary photos and they restricted me any further use, then refunded my usdc less some fee (wtf?). Stay away from this exchange.

It's clearly stated in our terms of service that we are not able to accept customers from your country if residence. Given this we refunded the amount immediatelly back to your address. Please note that EasyBit does not keep any fees for this action and is provided for free as part of our customer service. The fee you are talking about is the network fee required by our wallet provider in order to make the transfer and pay for the blockchain fees. You can check the network fee for each coin in our exchange form. Finally, I believe that the review is not representative of your experience and it would be highly appreciated if you could at least update it.

Please note that the rate in our exchange form is floating and is not fixed which means that is the amount you would receive at the moment you see the rates. The final amount will slightly differ from the initially estimated amount based on the market volatily during the time required for your transaction to be confirmed on the blockchain and you will either receive slightly more or less.

In your case you received less as you placed your transaction at: 15 Nov 2022, 18:10 UTC and your transaction was confirmed at: 15 Nov 2022, 18:32 UTC
