I worked with platform for years and been their partner, used API and UI. It was technically a very good and smooth API and platform, the weak point was always support. Recently we changed our platform and switched to more reliable partners with better support since support on easybit was always a disaster. This said I still used the platform through their UI. Recently they just blocked my order with no reason (same address as before, nothing new) and took the money without even good excuse. This platform apparently just *** which is sad since aside of disappointment in support when platform actually worked it was very smooth.

I accidentally deleted my previous comment.
My funds have been frozen by them for over a year since November 2024. Even after submitting proof of the source of funds and KYC verification, I still cannot get my funds back. They say my case is being investigated by an external agency. When I inquired about the nature of this agency and whether there were any official documents or investigation reports, they did not respond. I expected this outcome; they would reply that "for some reason, they cannot provide it," and I have reason to suspect that they are simply using this as an excuse to refuse a refund.
In addition, I used Bestchange's paid address lookup service three times, and all three results showed a low risk; I also used Bestchange's sanctions information lookup, and my address was not on the sanctions list. Can you give me a reasonable explanation? You investigated for a year, and then claimed my transactions were investigated by an external agency, but you haven't provided any evidence that my transactions are under investigation by an external agency. You just keep saying you can't provide it for some reason.

Currently, Best Exchange is using a detection tool to examine my transaction, and the result indicates it's a high-risk transaction. However, after testing my Bitcoin address using AMLBOT, the same testing agency as Best Exchange, the result showed a low risk. I have sent the test results to Best Exchange customer service and am still waiting for a response. I will notify you separately if I receive a refund.

On February 3, 2026, I carried out a transaction via swapspace.co, exchanging 39.63 ETH to USDT on the Ethereum network. As the provider for this transaction, I selected “EasyBit”. I sent the funds and EasyBit then sold the ETH almost immediately on Binance Spot, sending the funds to the hot wallet: Binance 14 (Meaning they did not place my ETH on hold on their own wallet, which would be the logical procedure if they had any doubts about the origin of the funds, but instead they sold my ETH on the exchange).

Next, swapspace.co displayed the following message: “EasyBit requested an additional check for this transaction. Please contact the support team to complete your identity verification.” I then contacted swapspace.co support and was advised to contact EasyBit support regarding the matter, which I did.

After communicating with EasyBit support, they escalated the case to their so-called “senior team”, which asked me to complete KYC. I did so the same day, immediately after their request. In the next step, on January 6, they asked me to provide documents regarding the source of my funds (SoF), which I submitted the same day. I attached documents showing that I am a shareholder in multiple companies, along with my banking history/bank transfers and statements from the Revolut App etc. I provided as much information as possible confirming that the funds I operate with and used to purchase cryptocurrencies are fully legitimate.

After that, I attempted to contact their support by email in the following days, but no one responded to my emails sent on February 6, 9 and 10. The chat support on their website was also unable to provide any information. Today is February 11 and I still have not received any response from them.

The situation is absurd, and this funds freeze has prevented me from operating my businesses and has also caused me financial loss.

Do not use this if you accept crypto from other people.
I'm a merchant and i accept payments from customers. One customer sent "suspicious" $70 and they blocked the transaction. Ok, fine. But then they started blocking all my other transactions (totaling about $4000) that got nothing to do with this customer! the customer in question doesn't want to do kyc, so my funds are just stuck. Easybit promised to solve it within 24 hours and it has been exactly week since i got any direct update from them. Completely ghosted.

But they cannot grasp the concept of an item purchase or that the source and receiving addresses belong to different people. Also, they themselves make it clear their "senior" team, that reviews the cases, and the actual support agents have no communication between them at all. Absolutely wild.

Been exchanging some large amounts between wallets, EasyBit never failed me. even high volume swaps finish under 3 min most times. At some point i needed to verify my account, trusted them, did that and from that time and on i have even lower fees. The AML case arose due to high-risk markers in the assets that the user had sent

I used EasyBit via an aggregator. KYC was processed quickly, but once the Source of Funds (SoF) request came in, my transaction was frozen.

I submitted all documents: a fiat transfer receipt, chat confirmation, wallet screenshots, and my OKX profile. Still, the compliance review took a long time, and support responses were slow and very formal.

Trocador escalated the case, but progress remained sluggish. Eventually, I had to provide a full SoF package, including a passport scan, selfie with ID, and a declaration of purpose, just to prove the funds were clean.

Important: the money originated from a personal fiat transaction — no mixers, no dark market links — yet it was flagged by EasyBit's AML provider as “high risk”.

Be aware: EasyBit’s system might flag ordinary transfers and make you go through a heavy compliance process even for small transactions.

Recommendation: If you’re prepared to submit full documentation and wait, it’s usable. Otherwise, consider using an exchange with faster and more transparent risk policies.
