I accidentally deleted my previous comment.
My funds have been frozen by them for over a year since November 2024. Even after submitting proof of the source of funds and KYC verification, I still cannot get my funds back. They say my case is being investigated by an external agency. When I inquired about the nature of this agency and whether there were any official documents or investigation reports, they did not respond. I expected this outcome; they would reply that "for some reason, they cannot provide it," and I have reason to suspect that they are simply using this as an excuse to refuse a refund.
In addition, I used Bestchange's paid address lookup service three times, and all three results showed a low risk; I also used Bestchange's sanctions information lookup, and my address was not on the sanctions list. Can you give me a reasonable explanation? You investigated for a year, and then claimed my transactions were investigated by an external agency, but you haven't provided any evidence that my transactions are under investigation by an external agency. You just keep saying you can't provide it for some reason.

Currently, Best Exchange is using a detection tool to examine my transaction, and the result indicates it's a high-risk transaction. However, after testing my Bitcoin address using AMLBOT, the same testing agency as Best Exchange, the result showed a low risk. I have sent the test results to Best Exchange customer service and am still waiting for a response. I will notify you separately if I receive a refund.

This is not a “verification”—it is withholding funds without explanation and without a timeline.

My transaction was stopped for AML / Source of Funds review. I was asked to provide an explanation of the transaction flow and supporting evidence. I submitted all requested materials, including transaction details, screenshots, and additional documentation to clarify the origin and movement of funds.

Even after full cooperation, EasyBit has still not released my funds. I have not received a clear final decision or a satisfactory explanation for the ongoing delay.

I understand the need for AML procedures, but there must also be reasonable processing times, clear communication, and fair treatment of the customer. In this case, I complied with every request, yet my funds remain withheld.

This claim has not been resolved and I did not mark it as such. The "solved" status is false and misleading to other users on this platform.
As of today, April 13, 2026, my funds remain withheld by EasyBit — 17 days after I first submitted documentation and over two weeks of continuous back-and-forth communication with their team.
EasyBit's public response above is a copy-paste template that says absolutely nothing of substance. No timeline, no specific outstanding requirement, no commitment, no accountability. Meanwhile, a real person's real money is being held indefinitely with no end in sight.
Here is what I have provided to EasyBit so far:

• Full bank statements proving source of funds
• Loan agreements
• Complete P2P trade chat history and screenshots
• Transaction records showing every step of the fund flow
• Detailed written explanation of the entire transaction path
• Screenshots of exchange conversions and successful withdrawals

I have answered every single question their compliance team raised, promptly and thoroughly. When they found a new question, I answered it. When they asked for more documents, I provided them. There is nothing left for me to submit.
Yet here we are — funds frozen, no resolution date, no transparency, and now a falsely marked "solved" complaint on a public review platform.
I want other users to be fully aware: EasyBit can hold your funds indefinitely under the label of AML review, even after you have cooperated completely. Their compliance process has no clear timeline, no customer commitment, and apparently no upper limit on how long they can keep your money.
I will continue updating this post publicly until this matter is genuinely resolved. If it is not resolved shortly, I will be escalating this to financial regulatory authorities and pursuing all available legal options.

I also want to address something publicly that can no longer be ignored.

EasyBit Solutions Inc. was delisted from BestChange on February 13, 2026 — more than a month before my transaction was processed through Nanswap on March 25, 2026. BestChange themselves explicitly warn users against using EasyBit and state they cannot assist in resolving disputes with this platform. EasyBit is registered in Panama and has a documented history of 54 previously settled financial claims on this platform alone.

Despite all of this, Nanswap continued routing customer funds to EasyBit without any disclosure or warning to customers. I was never informed that the platform handling my 18,000 USDC had already been delisted and publicly flagged.

To EasyBit specifically — you are asking me to continue communication via email while simultaneously closing my public complaints without resolution. I will continue communicating publicly until my funds are released because email communication has produced nothing in 19 days.

For the record, I have now:

• Formally reported EasyBit Solutions Inc. to Dutch financial regulators AFM and DNB

The AML case arose due to high-risk markers in the assets that the user had sent
On February 3, 2026, I carried out a transaction via swapspace.co, exchanging 39.63 ETH to USDT on the Ethereum network. As the provider for this transaction, I selected “EasyBit”. I sent the funds and EasyBit then sold the ETH almost immediately on Binance Spot, sending the funds to the hot wallet: Binance 14 (Meaning they did not place my ETH on hold on their own wallet, which would be the logical procedure if they had any doubts about the origin of the funds, but instead they sold my ETH on the exchange).

Next, swapspace.co displayed the following message: “EasyBit requested an additional check for this transaction. Please contact the support team to complete your identity verification.” I then contacted swapspace.co support and was advised to contact EasyBit support regarding the matter, which I did.

After communicating with EasyBit support, they escalated the case to their so-called “senior team”, which asked me to complete KYC. I did so the same day, immediately after their request. In the next step, on January 6, they asked me to provide documents regarding the source of my funds (SoF), which I submitted the same day. I attached documents showing that I am a shareholder in multiple companies, along with my banking history/bank transfers and statements from the Revolut App etc. I provided as much information as possible confirming that the funds I operate with and used to purchase cryptocurrencies are fully legitimate.

After that, I attempted to contact their support by email in the following days, but no one responded to my emails sent on February 6, 9 and 10. The chat support on their website was also unable to provide any information. Today is February 11 and I still have not received any response from them.

The situation is absurd, and this funds freeze has prevented me from operating my businesses and has also caused me financial loss.

On February 19, EasyBit informed me that: “The case was forwarded to our Compliance Officer for review”.

Today is February 25, and after 6 days I still have not received any real update on the status of my case. On their website and social media channels, they claim to provide fast customer service, quick case resolution, and 24/7 support. I would also like to emphasize that my funds were blocked on February 3. It has now been 22 days since that happened. During this time, I have completed full KYC with them, provided proof of the source of my funds, proof of the origin of the Ethereum that was swapped, wallet ownership evidence etc.
To this day, I have not received a substantive answer as to when, how, and whether my funds will be released at all.

Warning: EasyBit is Holding My Funds with No Clear Justification

I’m sharing my honest experience to warn others.

I submitted a transaction through EasyBit and then received an email saying it was paused for “security review” and that I needed to provide Source of Funds (SoF) documentation. I immediately submitted full proof, including:

A screen recording of my purchase from exchange (4.1 BNB),

Ownership proof of my personal wallet,

Transaction history and the exact TxID they requested.

Despite this, they have refused to release my funds, ignored my request for a timeline, and continued sending only template copy-paste replies like:

“Your case is under review by our Security team. This process may take some time…”

It’s now been 2 days, and there is no resolution, no update, and no real human response.

This behavior is unacceptable, especially for a company handling people’s money. I understand security checks — but when everything has been provided and they still refuse to resolve or communicate transparently, it starts to look like a scam or a liquidity issue.

If you're considering using EasyBit, be very careful.
I’m now exploring legal options and will escalate this with financial authorities in Panama.

Refuse to specify what’s missing in the documents I already submitted;

Cannot provide any proof of their company registration, license number, or regulatory oversight.

They’ve now had my funds for over 3 days with no sign of progress — only formal responses that avoid all accountability.
