Im sharing my honest experience to warn others.
I submitted a transaction through EasyBit and then received an email saying it was paused for security review and that I needed to provide Source of Funds (SoF) documentation. I immediately submitted full proof, including:
A screen recording of my purchase from exchange (4.1 BNB),
Ownership proof of my personal wallet,
Transaction history and the exact TxID they requested.
Despite this, they have refused to release my funds, ignored my request for a timeline, and continued sending only template copy-paste replies like:
Your case is under review by our Security team. This process may take some time
Its now been 2 days, and there is no resolution, no update, and no real human response.
This behavior is unacceptable, especially for a company handling peoples money. I understand security checks but when everything has been provided and they still refuse to resolve or communicate transparently, it starts to look like a scam or a liquidity issue.
If you're considering using EasyBit, be very careful.
Im now exploring legal options and will escalate this with financial authorities in Panama.

Im writing this as a follow-up to my earlier warning about EasyBit. They continue to respond with the same copy-paste messages and claim that a Security team is reviewing my case yet they:
Do not provide any clear timeline for resolving the issue;
Refuse to specify whats missing in the documents I already submitted;
Cannot provide any proof of their company registration, license number, or regulatory oversight.
Theyve now had my funds for over 3 days with no sign of progress only formal responses that avoid all accountability.
They say they're regulated, yet offer no evidence of this on their website or in communication.
Until they prove otherwise, this starts to look like funds being held hostage, not a security review.
Do not trust this platform with your crypto. Im now preparing to file formal complaints and escalate publicly. If this has happened to you, I recommend doing the same.
