Hello, Serhii, When creating a request there is a notice that says "Payments are made in this direction from 10:00 to 20:00 Moscow time in EUR or USD currency, all requests created after 20:00 Moscow time will be processed from 10:00 Moscow time of the next day". When creating a request you agreed with the exchange rules of our site.
