The exchange support contacted me first, asking if I had received the full amount. When I replied that I hadn't, they demanded a video recording of logging into the banking app to show all transactions. The recipient (the account holder) naturally refused, as this is a major security risk.
I requested proof of payment — if the exchange actually sent the money, they should have receipts — but they failed to provide them.
Basically, they scammed me out of part of the money, using my refusal to send the video as an excuse. I sent them screenshots of the incoming transactions, but they never provided proof of their transfers. Consequently, those transfers were never made.
Do not deal with this exchange service. They will withhold all or part of your money using any excuse they can find.

We are sorry that you had a negative experience and we are ready to review your case in detail once again.
However, before creating an order you accepted our User Agreement, which regulates how disputes of this kind are handled. In particular:
under clause 6.2 we have the right to request additional documents and data related to the exchange (including screenshots, bank statements and video verification) in order to confirm the actual status of transfers;
under clause 9.10 the client undertakes to provide any evidence requested by the exchange service (in the form of bank statements, videos and other documents) to resolve a dispute.
According to our internal logs, your payout was processed in several transactions, which is also provided for in clause 7.9 of the Agreement (withdrawals can be processed in multiple payments).
For us to objectively compare our payment records with the actual crediting of funds on your side, we need proper evidence from the account holder, in the form and quality described in the Agreement. Without these materials we are not able to verify your claim or confirm a possible error.
We do not ask for passwords, SMS codes or other authorization data, only for a secure confirmation of the transaction history in the banking app, as required by the Agreement you accepted before creating the exchange.
If you are ready to provide the evidence in the required form (video or detailed bank statement/history that clearly shows all incoming transactions for the relevant period), we are open to re-checking your case once again.

Before demanding intrusive video verification from the recipient (who is a third party and refuses to record a video login due to security risks), you must provide proof that the funds were actually sent.
You claim that 'according to your internal logs' the payout was processed. If this is true, you must possess bank receipts, transfer confirmations, or transaction IDs for these specific transfers.
Please provide the official banking receipts (PDF or screenshots) for the missing amount.
I have already provided screenshots of the incoming transaction history from the recipient's side, which shows the funds were not received.
Refusing to provide proof of payment while demanding video access to a client’s bank account looks like an attempt to withhold funds without valid grounds. Once you provide the receipts proving you sent the money, we can investigate further. Until then, the burden of proof is on you.

The recipient refuses to record a video for security reasons.

You have failed to provide any receipt confirming your transfer.
Since we are already in a dispute on BestChange, I am stating this for the record so the administration and all future users can clearly see your scam tactics.
You are deliberately ignoring my request to provide proof of payment (a receipt) for the missing funds. Instead, you keep pasting the same template demanding a video of the bank account.
If you had actually sent the money, you would have provided the receipt immediately. Your refusal to show proof of transfer confirms that you are scammers withholding my money under false pretexts.
Let this be a warning to all users: this exchange accepts your crypto, fails to send the full amount, refuses to provide transfer receipts, and then demands sensitive video access to avoid paying you.
