On 02.08. I exchanged USDT -> Wise EUR directly to Wise Visa Card. The amount is still not on my card or my Wise balance. I made a video of my account, sent the exchanger my account statement from this months and contacted Wise support 3 times.
The Exchanger claims to have contacted Wise support 2 days ago too but yet can't tell me what the answer of Wise is.
Wise support asked me for a receipt and senders name right now in the live chat 2 days after the exchange. I sent the exchanger a screenshot of the whole conversation with Wise support. There is no incoming card transaction as of 04.08. on my Card from anyone.
The exact response from Wise: "Thank you for waiting Malte. We are not seeing this transaction coming into the card at all. Since this is an attempt to send you money through the card, we advise the sender to reach out to their bank, as we cannot trace card transactions."
I can't write in the chat of exchangers website because it always shows "error popup" + I'm blocked from their website. I can't access it now anymore.
I need to add that before I opened the exchange I asked the support of Ychanger how fast this exact transaction to my Wise Card will take and they guaranteed 15 minutes to 1 hour. Now suddenly they're telling me it takes up to 5 days to receive the payment. The exchange was marked "completed" 40 minutes after the exchange.
I sent visible proof to Ychanger that there was and is no incoming transaction from them + the statement of Wise support and they still don't want to give me my refund.

Your operator or your bank (monobank) didn't send anything. I have never waited 4 days for a card payment to arrive no matter what bank and what exchanger.

I sent you a video of my account balance, my account statement from my bank and a screenshot of the chat with Wise support in which you clearly see that they tell me NO INCOMING Transactions to the card.
As of today, 4 days after the exchange Wise support told me the exact same thing they told me the day of the exchange and yesterday: No incoming transaction can be seen to my Visa Card or my account.
You lie, your bank lies, your receipt is fake.
I want my refund back now. I don't wait longer.
I will grant bestchange moderators full login to my Wise account or Teamviewer. I will start the Chat with wise in real time. Then tell me who is lying here.
I will renew this claim until your *** bank gives me an ultimatum date when my money will be returned.
The problem is 100% on your side and not on Wise side. You have to act not me.

You forget one thing here: YOU have my money already. I have nothing in return from you.
As requested 12 times in this claim history, I sent you a video of my account + statement of my wise bank as of 07.08.25. In the 5 minute video you can see my account details + login + card details + login and order history of ychanger website, mail history + live download of account statement download from my bank.
Wise support still said the exact same thing to me: There is no incoming 1000 Euro transaction to my Visa Card from the senders name in your receipt.
Confirm you received the video. Also 7 days after the exchange you still fail to tell me the answer of wise support to your Operator. You said your operator sent a payment claim + all needed data on 02.08. to wise support. I know this is a lie, I still got no answer from you on this exact matter.
You got 3 proofs now from me. I even allow you to connect to my machine and check my account yourself if you think I'm like you scammers.

YChanger guaranteed me a full refund on 08.08.25 (today) if the money is still not on my Wise balance. I provided a full new video and account statement.
Transfer time and deadline was set by Ychanger and their bank to 5 banking days. Today 5 banking days is due.
YChanger got my money and refuses to send me a refund when I clearly can prove the sent money didn't arrive on my account and the problem does not reside with Wise.
3 days ago they assured me a full refund on 08.08. now they write "august is not over yet".
