The rates and exchange directions do not actually correspond to what is stated on the website. Only via support you can find out the real rates (they turned out to be almost three times higher than on the website) or that the selected direction is not possible at all.

I had a negative experience with this exchanger. I created a request to exchange cash euros to USDT. The manager confirmed in Telegram that the rate was fixed. After that, I went through verification, even though it was not mentioned anywhere beforehand. For a whole day I could not get a clear answer, only vague replies. Finally, they stated that the rate was not actually fixed and I would receive less than originally agreed. This process was unprofessional, not transparent, and resulted in a loss of both time and money. I do not recommend this service.

To top it off, in response to a complaint in the support chat, instead of apologizing for the delay, the rep started the conversation with: “What makes you think you can set conditions for us?” Excellent service. I didn’t set any conditions — I simply asked them to follow their own rules and what they themselves stated in their messages.
