Terrible exchager!
I had a negative experience with this exchanger. I created a request to exchange cash euros to USDT. The manager confirmed in Telegram that the rate was fixed. After that, I went through verification, even though it was not mentioned anywhere beforehand. For a whole day I could not get a clear answer, only vague replies. Finally, they stated that the rate was not actually fixed and I would receive less than originally agreed. This process was unprofessional, not transparent, and resulted in a loss of both time and money. I do not recommend this service.

Faced the same issue others have mentioned here before me: I sent the payment on July 9, at first they promised it would be done the next day, then said within 72 hours, and now they’re just asking me to wait while they “rush the request.” The payment was sent partially, no explanation for the delay — just “please wait.”
To top it off, in response to a complaint in the support chat, instead of apologizing for the delay, the rep started the conversation with: “What makes you think you can set conditions for us?” Excellent service. I didn’t set any conditions — I simply asked them to follow their own rules and what they themselves stated in their messages.
