I felt deceived after i placed an order, the operator texted me: The exchange rate will be 3-6% lower (depending on the market).
i was expecting 127212.7719928 T-Bank RUB based on their website calculator, than he said i will be receiving only 117894 RUB and thats making a 7.32% cut.
i asked for refund through email, and it got taken care of within 10 min.
i highly warn you not to fall in this trap.

Yes, you have been offered a different tariff, less generous. It was just a suggestion. since this tariff is designed for fewer transfers for large amounts.
you could have continued the exchange at the exchange rate from the application and received rubles with greater benefit. But you refused and we refunded your deposit.
