It's a good exchange service; there's no unnecessary bureaucracy, which is a plus. Regarding speed, I can definitely say that they pay special attention to it. I closed the transaction in a couple of minutes.

According to the information available, the exchanger has no financial obligations to this user
Profanities and abusive language were removed by the monitor's administration
Yesterday, I wanted to exchange YooMoney for a UAH card. I created the request on the website but couldn't proceed to payment, so I contacted support via Telegram; they told me they would look up the payment details so I could pay. That’s exactly what happened: they sent me the card number, I made the payment, and I sent the receipt as requested. Afterward, they told me the money would be sent within an hour, but it wasn't. I asked if they were going to send the money today; they said yes and told me to wait, but nothing has been sent so far, and they simply aren't replying at all. I have all the screenshots, the receipt, and all the evidence. I believe I was a victim of a ***.

Here are some new details regarding this. It turns out I made the payment via a Telegram support chat that doesn't actually belong to them; there are several channels posing as their support team to run scams. The management is aware of these activities and claims to report such channels. I believe they should post a warning about this on their website to prevent situations like this. I think that covers everything. Despite all this, I categorically do not recommend the service waybit.pl.
| Nikolai | September 12, 2026 12:15 |
You are aware that there are various channels imitating your support service, yet you do nothing about it—specifically, you fail to warn your customers about the existing risks. Don't you think that is also your responsibility? Thank you for your kind advice; I will be extremely careful never to use your service again.
| WayBit admin | September 12, 2026 12:15 |
Thank you for clarifying the situation.
We understand your concern regarding fraudulent Telegram channels impersonating our support team. Unfortunately, scammers may create fake accounts and channels using the names and branding of legitimate services. This is precisely why we provide official contact links directly on our website and strongly recommend using only those channels.
As you have confirmed, the payment was made through a Telegram support chat that does not belong to Waybit and was found through an independent Telegram search. Therefore, this transaction was not made through any of our official communication channels and was not processed by Waybit.
We are sorry that you encountered scammers, and we are continuing to report fraudulent accounts and channels that impersonate our service. We will also take your suggestion regarding an additional warning on our website into consideration.
However, we believe it is important to distinguish between an incident involving third-party scammers and the actual Waybit service. We cannot be held responsible for transactions made with individuals or channels that are not affiliated with us.
We hope this clarifies the situation.

Everything went perfectly. The exchanger was always in touch and responded quickly throughout the whole process. The only delay was caused by my bank, not by the exchanger. As soon as my payment arrived, they immediately sent the money to me. Excellent service, fast and reliable. I’m very satisfied and would definitely use them again. Thank you!

Placed an order on October 11th at 23:59
Cancelled the order on October 12th at 00:07 (8 min after placing the order)
Contacted support via Telegram on October 12th at 00:30 providing all the details of the order as well as address to return money.
For some unknown reasons the order was completed on October 12th at 06:21 (more than 6 hours after I cancelled it)
Support told me that it happenned because of their internal procedure since payment arrived too late and the order was competed automatically. I haven't found any mentions about specific time limits I must have followed. As for me it's impossible to predict ETA on BTC transaction.

When I trade one crypto to another (buy ETH for USDT for instance) I like exchangers that just request account numbers without extra unnecessary info, like name, surname, etc. This is a good example of such exchangers. And it also fast, reliable and has native UI.

I have worked with WayBit many times. The system operates in fully automatic mode. It usually completed all my transactions in under 5 minutes, regardless of small or large amounts. This speed really makes a difference compared to its competitors. Also, the exchange rates are much better than other exchange offices. I will come again as soon as possible! Thanks.

I highly recommend Waybit, here is why:
- pretty good and strong rates
- no hidden fees and etc.
I tried many other exchanges through bestchange and other resources, the issue is when they receive your funds, they are manually correcting the rate and have some hidden fees.

+ orders are processed fast. The processing time depends on the coin, as coins requires confirmation. For instance TRX exchange can be one in 5 mins. BTC exchange can take quite long time like 10-30 minutes, depending when BTC will be confimred.

Good exchanger. Transferred Polish gold coins to Ethereum. The transaction took 2 hours, but this is due solely to the bureaucracy of Polish banks that are in no hurry to make transfers. If you want to receive your currency faster, use ***, because other banks take too long to process the payment. Special thanks to the support team, who stayed in touch with me all the time. And of course, thanks to the support specialist Zakhar, who patiently listened to all my questions and answered them correctly. To summarize, I’ll say: the exchanger is good, but there are nuances that the exchanger unfortunately cannot influence. I recommend.
