Cancelled the order on October 12th at 00:07 (8 min after placing the order)
Contacted support via Telegram on October 12th at 00:30 providing all the details of the order as well as address to return money.
For some unknown reasons the order was completed on October 12th at 06:21 (more than 6 hours after I cancelled it)
Support told me that it happenned because of their internal procedure since payment arrived too late and the order was competed automatically. I haven't found any mentions about specific time limits I must have followed. As for me it's impossible to predict ETA on BTC transaction.

Order shouldn't been processed after the cancellation. Otherwise why do you even have the cancellation button there if it doesn't have any sense?

Of cource Cancellation button will work if you dont send funds. But if funds for order are sended it will recover order an proccess automatically because you paid for order

I highly recommend Waybit, here is why:

- no hidden fees and etc.

+ orders are processed fast. The processing time depends on the coin, as coins requires confirmation. For instance TRX exchange can be one in 5 mins. BTC exchange can take quite long time like 10-30 minutes, depending when BTC will be confimred.
