I do not recommend working with this service. I exchanged 250 USDT for rubles, and after their three transfers all my accounts and cards were blocked. I had to visit my bank’s office several times and contact technical support, but my accounts are still not unblocked. Now I’ll have to file a complaint with the Central Bank and wait an unknown amount of time, if the accounts are unlocked at all. Customer support is very reluctant to communicate and resolve the situation. I have to write several times and constantly “remind” them about myself.

During the exchange, the fiat payment was received from a third party, not from the actual exchange counterparty.
Later, my bank account was frozen due to a fraud complaint filed by the sender of that payment.

I was forced by the bank and law enforcement to return the funds to the claimant through an official bank return.
As a result, I did not receive payment for the USDT I sent and suffered a financial loss.

There is also an active criminal case related to this transaction.

I believe this situation occurred due to a third-party fraud scheme, and I acted in good faith at all times.

Good service, good exchange rate. I exchanged USD for Tinkoff rubles. The website is excellent. The transfer took a bit longer (1.5 hours with four transfers), but I understand that's the case everywhere with RUB transfers these days, and it's even processed relatively quickly.

Very bad quality. I have changed USDT -> RUB. They make it very slowly and a lot of small transaction. Do not recommend this guys.
