Le service de change ne paie pas la demande depuis 10 jours, l'expditeur des fonds est sous sanctions ou c'est juste une personne portant le mme nom, peu importe, la banque a bloqu le transfert, l'argent est suspendu entre les banques. Le service de change dit qu'il ne sait rien, l'argent est parti mais je ne l'ai pas reu. En tant que client, je ne comprends pas pourquoi je dois enquter sur la raison pour laquelle les fonds n'ont pas t reus. Le support est inefficace. En rsum, la demande n'est pas termine et n'a pas t paye de la part du service de change.

Leur expditeur SEPA n'a pas pass la vrification de ma banque, l'argent est bloqu depuis dj 10 jours. La question porte sur 582 ˆ, et la solution prend autant de temps.

Toutes les informations contenues dans cette plainte sont fausses. Les fonds ont ete envoyes au client quelques heures apres la creation de la demande. Le client a dit pendant 8 jours que nous ne lui avions pas envoye d'argent parce qu'il ne l'avait pas recu. En consequence, la banque du client a recu le paiement le jour meme (le jour de l'echange), mais l'a bloque, ce dont le client nous a informe le 9e jour de la demande de fonds. Le client a indique qu'il avait besoin d'informations sur l'expediteur, car il y avait des soupcons que la personne pourrait faire l'objet de sanctions (le prenom correspond au nom de famille). Nous sommes prets a fournir toute information supplementaire a l'administration de Bestchange.

On August 19, I had an order to convert Tether to PayPal dollars and I registered it on this site, and before this order, I had several successful transactions with this site, but in the last transaction, after depositing 4000 dollars of Tether to the site's wallet, they asked me to send my documents and it was decided to cancel the order
