We are able to transfer funds from various senders, including individuals, sole proprietors, and companies. When creating the order, you did not specify that you required a particular sender. Likewise, you did not specify or warn that you might need any additional documents from the sender. On our part, the funds were successfully sent to the details specified in the order and credited to your account, which you confirmed in your email correspondence. So it's impossible to mark this transaction as "already passed". It does not.
And I do not agree service can't provide documents.
W/o those documents passed to they bank they can't proceed with this transactions at all.
