Hi,
I exchanged Bitcoin for Neteller USD in February 28, 2023. Instead I got what supposed to be Skrill USD but cannot redeem it. It has been a month since I reached the support and I was promised to get my money once the funds returned to them but it has been a month and nothing yet!
I should say that the transaction was fluent and the support answered my emails fast but that isn't my fault. They used another option of payments that I didn't ask for and got nothing!
Hopefully this will be resolved soon...

I am pretty disappointed about the time I have to wait to get my money to Neteller even though that I gave all requested information a week ago... He sent money but its 19$ less what we sent him he did not refunded even sending fee and deducted his sending fee as well as it was his fault that he could not send me money what he is advertising on this forum so he should bear loss should not put on client as we lost time andloosing money as well
