It has been more than 24 hours since your last reply, and my funds are still being held. I paid for the order on July 19 at 17:07 Tajik time, immediately and without any delays. Yet, there has been no transfer and no refund from your side.
I am not going to wait for weeks or months, like other users whose issues you still haven’t resolved — as clearly seen in the reviews on BestChange.
I am asking you to return my money immediately. I fulfilled my part of the transaction, and now I expect the same from you.
I expect the refund within the next 12 hours.
I’ve also noticed that you’ve marked the issue as “claim resolved” — although nothing has been resolved. The funds are still not in my wallet, and I haven’t received any refund. Marking the claim as resolved when the issue is ongoing is misleading and only increases frustration and distrust.
Please take this seriously and resolve it for real — not just on paper.
