I used to use the FinghPay exchanger but I used to exchange small amounts up to 100 euros and everything was fine, the exchanges were very fast, but as soon as I tried to exchange an amount above 300 euros and after that I started having problems, the money was not transferred and did not return to me, at first I thought that the problem was not in FinghPay, but in something else and tried to exchange two more times through FinghPay but already smaller amounts and got the same result. I had a terrible experience with one of the exchangers on your platform.

1. My first attempt (USDT TRC-20) failed with no explanation.

2. The second attempt (Fiat to TON) was successful, but I didn’t receive any confirmation or details about the transaction. Instead, I got an email about the failed first attempt, which caused confusion.

3. The exchanger’s support is unresponsive. After asking for my ID, they stopped replying. The site is poorly designed, with no proper chat or notifications.

Such behavior damages trust in both the exchanger and your platform. Please investigate this exchanger and take action to maintain your reputation.

Just tried the exhanger for the 1 time. The whole process was pretty smooth, and my order got done in like 5min. Faster than I expected tbh. I didn't move any huge amounts, so no idea if it's the same for bigger transactions, but for what I needed, it worked fine. Not bad, but nothing mind-blowing either. We'll see how it goes with more use.
