Terrible exchange service, awful support. I was doing a USDT to Sberbank transfer and had to wait for two hours. When I asked where my money was, support kept referring to some policy that isn’t even listed on their website, saying I should wait 24 hours. Then, only a part of the money arrived. Terrible site and terrible support. Verification takes a very long time. And if verification has passed, then there is no notification about this and you need to write to support about everything. These guys have the worst support ever. Very rude and no information is given at all when you contact them.
I made tons of trades though in the past before they changed the domain and it always went ok. But this time, knowing how the support reacts to client inquiries, this seems very phishy, wouldn’t advise big amounts to be traded here.
