They blocked my exchange because I was flagged as "65% sanctions risk" by a bot. I can tell, I'm an European citizen and have nothing to do with sanctioned entitites, and the wallet I used for the exchange I don't use it for anything else, so false positive.
At least they returned me all the funds within the hour.
Slow and too much "compliant". Don't recommend it.

As you already know, your deposit was frozen because you split transfers, which is prohibited by our AML policy. Costadial service requested a verification of your deposit. Once you provide documents and the information is verified, the funds can be unblocked and returned.
