Initially they said it was from a Firo "hidden" address and they don't accept such. I had sent it from the official Firo wallet no hidden feature was enabled. According to them they don't accept this. They said they'll make the swap once their liquidity provider (binance) refunds them or checks it (kept changing stories).
It took them almost an entire month to contact me to refund me the Firo. Suddenly I'm not getting the price they promised (I had sent instantly my Firo) but now they will refund me. Monero has in the mean time gone up in value so it isn't a profitable transaction for them hence I get a refund now. How convenient is that?
During the two times I spoke with Mkorle and Loren they accepted the details of time, hash ID and amount of my transaction to them. Now when it was time for them to refund me (at a HUGE loss to me) they absolutely refused to give me money back unless it was a screenshot of my wallet. Why do they need a screenshot of my wallet? All the details are already there provided as-is. They refused to give me a refund unless I provided a screenshot of my wallet. I sent them a cropped one with all requested details clearly visible but noo it has to be of all the transactions "mustnt be cropped" yet they provide no information on dimensions or really reasoning. Nowhere does it say you must provide full screenshot of all of your transactions of the wallet. Absolute invasion of privacy.
To top it off speaking with their support chat agents such as Mkorle you only get generic copy and paste responses like a corporate robot. No attention to detail such as me providing all details the third time I contacted them such as the ID of the trade, my hash ID, my refund address literally everything easily digestable for the most challenged. They absolutely refused to give me a refund if the screenshot was as they liked but they themselves gave no information on the dimension or what is required. When you had done that according to their instructions they might decide "meh not good enough". How can a company act in this despicable manner? What is their obsession with "screenshots"?
Stay away if you value your profits, privacy or your sanity.

We also acknowledge that this is an extraordinary problem caused by a combination of factors, including insufficiently detailed responses from our support team.
Because you sent funds from a FIRO hidden address, we could not either complete the exchange or swiftly return them to you. The liquidity providers we use for FIRO transactions just do not work with hidden addresses. This is why our widget notices that funds from such addresses will not be credited to the balance.
Unfortunately, our support team did not provide detailed explanations regarding these specifics and the necessary actions from your side to initiate a refund of your funds during your first inquiry.
We are currently clarifying our policies and regulations to improve the user experience in such cases.
Regarding the refund, we have contacted the liquidity provider and are doing everything possible to process it as quickly as possible. Under normal conditions, a refund can last up to 30 days. But we assure you once again that we are making every effort to ensure the procedure occurs as quickly as possible.
Regarding the screenshot issue, our support team repeatedly requested it to initiate the refund. This requirement is due to past negative experiences where fraudsters attempted to claim refunds for incomplete transactions. Liquidity providers also claim screenshots from us. And we asked you for your refund address because it could change. Since all your inquiries were through online chat and the funds were sent from a hidden address, we cannot see even the sender's address. Therefore, we were forced to request identification information from you each time.
But yes, support should have clarified why we needed the screenshot and other details. It is not about obtaining information about your other transactions. We do not collect or store our users' personal data.
In conclusion, we once again sincerely apologize for this situation and will do everything possible to return your funds as quickly as possible. We also want to thank you for helping us identify shortcomings in our policies. Therefore, LetsExchange management decided to pay you a certain amount in addition to the refund.
We would like to emphasize that this is not transaction-related compensation. The problem with your funds arose because you sent coins from a hidden address despite the notification. Anyone can open tomorrow an "exchange" like that and when there is issue send clients to deal with "someone else". It is the same if I open a physical exchange but there is payment with your Visa or mastercard and I take your physical cash and tell you "go and fix it with mastercard or visa". Absurdity!
