Overall, it's a decent exchange service; they charge a small commission for the exchange. However, the exchange rate is only fixed at the time of payment. You can either pay on the website and have it fixed, or in the office after the payment. I was worried the rate would change, but everything worked out in my favor. I'd rate the service as good. The staff was pleasant. Everyone was polite.

They check for AML, and you need a passport for KYC. Overall, the rate is decent. The downside is that Sundays are a day off, so if you're going to the city on the weekend and want to visit an exchange office, it's only available on Saturdays for out-of-towners.

Overall, it was pretty good. They exchanged cash and asked for my passport for the paperwork. The paperwork took about 5 minutes to fill out, which is way too long in my opinion. Cash conversion was quicker, thanks to the automated system. They deposited USDT very quickly. Of all the exchangers I've used, I liked Strela the best.
