I've requested a USDT (TRC20) -> SEPA exchange. It's been a month since I've been waiting for my funds to arrive in my Klarna account. Every time when I contact them I am being told to wait a little bit more, but nonetheless nothing solves. They've requested proof of non receiving funds in my account, which I've provided to them, after that they've told me to wait more again, and here we are a month after, with no money received in my account and no refund in crypto.

According to the information provided to us by the bank, the transfer is currently under AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance review. During this standard verification procedure, the funds are temporarily held for additional checks. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel the transfer, reverse it, or influence the speed of this review process.
As explained by the bank, this is a standard compliance procedure that may occur with SEPA payments, and we must wait until the verification is completed. Once the review is finalized, the funds will either be credited to your account or returned to us automatically.
From our side, we are in constant contact with the bank and continuously requesting updates regarding your transfer.
