I see most complaints here have been at least partly resolved.
My transaction had been put on hold. Thanks to a claim on Bestchange support started to work towards resolution after days off (days off?).
Miscommunication further delayed execution of transaction.
Then Elibrax went down.
It's been unavailable for days. It's been delisted on Bestchange. It doesn't seem to be going to get back online. If they ever operate again, be aware your assets are not secure.

Given that the service had been offline for days, I thought money was lost.
Overall, waiting and negotiations took around 10 days.

Their website is buggy as hell. Won't let you check your account and order history 90% of the time. Took me like a week to get my transfer and it wasn't even the correct amount. I was supposed to get 163 AZN for 100 Payeer USD, but got like 157 AZN instead. They like to *** a bit from the side for themselves, but they probably won't *** all your money.

The exchanger was quiet for a few days until the feedback comments were published.
Then, I received an email without any apology or excuse, being informed that exchange is no longer possible. I requested refund and it took 2 days until the refund was actually made.
The result of wasted time, and cost for commission.
No further communication, or supporting messaging were provided.
Overall experience is NEGATIVE therefore I would still not recommend to use this Exchanger.
