I initiated an exchange transaction with Xpay My intent was to convert a total of 0.018 BTC to USDT (Tether).

Crucially, before beginning the transaction, I ran a full AML (Anti-Money Laundering) check on my crypto, and it was verified as completely clean.

Immediately upon starting the transaction, Xpay seized my funds. They did not complete the exchange but instead began demanding a stream of outrageous and excessive documentation.

I have fully cooperated and provided every single document they have requested, yet they continue to illegally hold my funds indefinitely.

Xpay, you are holding my property without legal justification. The needful action is a full, immediate refund. You have no right to hold a customer's funds for more than 24 hours after all documentation has been provided and verification is complete.

Demand for Immediate Refund

I demand that Xpay immediately refund the full amount of my 0.018 BTC to the source address ASAP.

I will continue writing this complaint and warning on all crypto forums, exchanges, and social media platforms until every last dime of my funds is fully refunded. Stop these criminal practices and return my money now.
