I used this service for an exchange. Before making the transaction, I specifically passed an AML check through BestChange — I have the confirmation email.

After sending the funds, the exchange window did not update for more than 10 minutes. I contacted support myself and sent them the Tronscan transaction link, where it was clearly visible that the funds had successfully arrived in their wallet. They replied that they would check it.

After about another 20 minutes, I still had not received any response, so I contacted them again. Only after that was I told that I had supposedly “failed the AML check”.

I asked them to provide the AML check results or at least specify which service was used for the verification, since I had already successfully passed my own AML check beforehand.

No results or proof were provided to me. Moreover, the operator said: “No results will help you, just send the refund address.”

From my perspective, this situation looks very suspicious. It gave me the impression that the exchange could not be completed and they started referring to AML issues without providing any actual evidence.

Personally, this exchanger did not inspire confidence, so I cannot recommend it.
