Did an exchange, got caught in an AML check. First I collected all the documents and asked my employer to provide me with the data falling under DNA, I provided them to the exchanger as early as 31.12.2024, I received an additional request only after 2 weeks!

The worst exchange i even saw was waiting for them to fix a problem for 2 hours, and then they told me that they couldn't fix it and i needed to wait another 30 minutes for a refund. Even if on their website we have the text, "you will receive your funds within a few minutes,". I do not recommend it. Use another one instead.

Processing time is unacceptably slow. I picked the 10 minute option and it has been nearly an hour since I got the message "We have received your payment. Please wait, you will receive your funds within a few minutes." Now I feel because they charged a higher fee for faster processing.

Which is very true in this case. They just paid out now, so I'm cancelling the claim. But I would not recommend this service to anyone.
