Risk score of my transaction does not exceed 50%, but the funds are still "frozen", even after passing KYC. Support says that the funds were "frozen" by *** and it could take up to a month.
PayStore refused to return the funds and insisted on KYC-procedure. Does the exchanger have the right to withhold my funds if the AML rate of the transaction < 50% and it does NOT fall under the AML policy?
I don't know whose rules this exchanger follows, but it's obviously not theirs.
I ask the BC administration to help me get my funds back.
