On 14.01.25 my request was created and paid in this service. The funds (usdt) were transferred in time, but the exchanger started demanding personal data, referring to AML-policy even though my transaction was clean... According to the rules of the service, transactions with a risk of more than 70% (in rare cases from 50% to 69%) fall under it. AML-report (which the exchanger refused to provide) shows that the risk of my transaction tends to 0. Transaction with zero AML-risk was frozen without any reason and funds have been withheld for three days.. As proof, the exchanger provided a screenshot with OTHER transaction amount (1$).
Risk score of my transaction does not exceed 50%, but the funds are still "frozen", even after passing KYC. Support says that the funds were "frozen" by *** and it could take up to a month.
PayStore refused to return the funds and insisted on KYC-procedure. Does the exchanger have the right to withhold my funds if the AML rate of the transaction < 50% and it does NOT fall under the AML policy?
I don't know whose rules this exchanger follows, but it's obviously not theirs.
I ask the BC administration to help me get my funds back.

This was my first time experiencing Zelle transition (11453), but not the first time with paystore. Everything went quick and smooth, thanks to support for guiding me through.

My exchange is not paid! I wanted to exchange Usdt to Btc. I transferred my funds then started to wait for confirmations. Comfirmations got stucked at 18/20. I wait 30 minutes. No email. No information. Then i wrote to live chat. After waiting there also, they said that my transaction is blocked by AML. I checked AML score of the sender, it was 46% and paystore site says that they don't accept funds from wallets which has score of over 70%. Now they will ask about my personal documents. But how to trust and share with them? I saw positive comments herr and i truested to site. It was my first exchange with them. I request them to complete my exchange as the same rate as i made or refund my funds back! Everyone must be careful!
