they write on the site that they change ysdt to paypal within a few minutes, then they drop some text that no one reads and say 1-24 hours
i chose this exchange only because it says that the exchange will be fast, what in the end? i've been waiting for more than 10 hours!

You yourself indicated on your website that the exchange will take a couple of minutes, but you hid the main text about 24 hours somewhere far away! and then you point this out to people and take advantage of it, holding other people's money longer and making money on it, justifying it with clever tricks, inventing and explaining various reasons for so long. You think you're the smartest? i eat people like you for breakfast! i told you i can't wait and asked for my usdt back. What are you telling me in the text above? that you sent part of it to paypal? you're a complete lie. I don't understand how bestchange let you in here? and how are you doing such a terrible job? my wallet is empty. I changed USDT to Paypal USD. When I already sent money, exchager told me there was a hidden commission of 4%. And 2% fee if I want to get my money back. I said: okey, let it be 4% commission. The sum was $522. 522-4% = 501. But they sent me $491.
So, first trouble was hidden commission. Second trouble is 10 dollars stolen. Small lie is still lie.

Naturally, refunding a PayPal order will have the normal 4% fee which is charged by PayPal. Let's simplify the math, you paid 500 USDT. Then after the refund and all that, you received $491. Subsequently, all that you lose in transaction fees is $9.

I’ve tried reaching out to support but haven’t received any helpful response so far. This delay is disappointing, especially for a crypto exchange that should process transactions quickly. I hope this issue is resolved soon, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend HiExchange at the moment.

i dont know whats going on with the most services here. 21st century so far but mostly exchangers r doing with a snail speed. why BC admin do not do anything with that?
lately they were with the good speed, but now its too slow.
1. hiexchange support answers bot like.
2. The chat support is being rude in their responses.
3. During the exchange, it wasn’t indicated that the transfer would take up to 24 hours or longer. Am I really supposed to read everything on the website and search for where this is mentioned?
Why isn’t there a notification before making the transaction, and only after the transfer does the chat support inform me that I was supposedly supposed to have read something?!

Sometimes it would take longer for the transaction to settle. We do notify our customers about transaction time in the first step. It is a one-line of text that appears on the exchange box and we strongly advise our customers to read it. In terms of support, I have personally read the chat log and have not seen any rude messages from HiExchange support.
