Not good.
I changed USDT to Paypal USD. When I already sent money, exchager told me there was a hidden commission of 4%. And 2% fee if I want to get my money back. I said: okey, let it be 4% commission. The sum was $522. 522-4% = 501. But they sent me $491.
So, first trouble was hidden commission. Second trouble is 10 dollars stolen. Small lie is still lie.

Naturally, refunding a PayPal order will have the normal 4% fee which is charged by PayPal. Let's simplify the math, you paid 500 USDT. Then after the refund and all that, you received $491. Subsequently, all that you lose in transaction fees is $9.

I placed an exchange order on HiExchange from Tether TRC20 (USDT) to Moneygo USD, and completed the payment immediately. I even received a confirmation email from HiExchange stating that the deposit was received. However, it’s been over 3 hours and my order is still stuck in “pending” status.

I’ve tried reaching out to support but haven’t received any helpful response so far. This delay is disappointing, especially for a crypto exchange that should process transactions quickly. I hope this issue is resolved soon, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend HiExchange at the moment.

i dont know whats going on with the most services here. 21st century so far but mostly exchangers r doing with a snail speed. why BC admin do not do anything with that?

2. The chat support is being rude in their responses.

Waiting already for 3+ hours for a simple transfer (750 EUR to PayPal EU from TRC-20).
It was said that it usually takes up to 3 hours, but they prefer to mention that in rare cases it takes up to 24 hours.

Employee Linda is the most unprofessional employee you can ever meet. Rudeness, unwillingness to help and all the most negative traits are collected in the support of this service. The service charges a 2% commission for returning funds within 10 minutes, as a result, I have been waiting for an hour and have not received any clear answer. I really hope that in the morning, with the assistance of BestChange, the process will go at least a little faster. I do not recommend anyone to deal with this service.

If you pay your USDT, they will only pay Paypal USD to you in 24 hours.

I would like to know that before entering a transaction with this counterparty.

The support only reacts with a pre-set script messages like be assured we will process etc, without giving the normal answers to your questions, i.e. processing times.

When I asked for a refund, they told me there's a commission for getting your money back. "Fast and easy" exchange is definitely not there. They said I agreed some terms and conditions in step 4. Means fast and easy will last 24 hours.

Do not recommend, poor service. Look for another exchange.

Thank you for your feedback. I just want to mention that only PayPal orders might take up to 24 hours due to the nature of the destination currency. We have clearly annouced this priod for our PayPal orders in step 4 before finalizing the order. Although most of the PayPal orders will be done quicker than what we have mentioned. Plus all other orders will be done in matter of minutes.

In case of a refund, since refunding your funds occur network fee, if the refund is requested by the customer then a transaction fee will be deducted from your original amount. Please note that if in any case HiExchange cannot complete your order, we take full responsibility and refund your amount in full.
