I went to the website and started writing to support in the online chat room. And indeed, it confirms that it is. They say they need to send them 500 USDT or 0.022 BTC to confirm it's me. I ask for a refund, they also reply that they can't make a refund because I didn't confirm myself. What nonsense, this is pure fraud! And as they say HiExchange, that I sent not an authentic amount, then why in their online chat support they didn't report this and started demanding 500 USDT. Also they replied here that they paid my request, then let them provide proof of payment and provide their transaction ID

We have only received 4.876 USDT. We cannot find any transactions woth 4876 USDT in our wallet history. We assume you're well aware of that and that's why you can't provide any other proof. It is exactly like your former transaction woth our website where you sent us a forged document to prove your payment and instead of 2653 USDT we received 2.653.

After some hours the problem with PerfectMoney was solved and Hi.exchange completed the payment.
For this reason I leave this positive feedback, with special attention to Jordi for his patience and attention in helping me with the problem.
I certainly recommend Hiexchange.
I do not recommend this exchange because it changes the rates abusively, even after the order has been placed! I changed PerfectMoney to Advcash with the exchange rate of 1.0389 but they processed with 1.0526!
