I changed USDT to Paypal USD. When I already sent money, exchager told me there was a hidden commission of 4%. And 2% fee if I want to get my money back. I said: okey, let it be 4% commission. The sum was $522. 522-4% = 501. But they sent me $491.
So, first trouble was hidden commission. Second trouble is 10 dollars stolen. Small lie is still lie.

Naturally, refunding a PayPal order will have the normal 4% fee which is charged by PayPal. Let's simplify the math, you paid 500 USDT. Then after the refund and all that, you received $491. Subsequently, all that you lose in transaction fees is $9.

i dont know whats going on with the most services here. 21st century so far but mostly exchangers r doing with a snail speed. why BC admin do not do anything with that?
lately they were with the good speed, but now its too slow.
1. hiexchange support answers bot like.
2. The chat support is being rude in their responses.
3. During the exchange, it wasn’t indicated that the transfer would take up to 24 hours or longer. Am I really supposed to read everything on the website and search for where this is mentioned?
Why isn’t there a notification before making the transaction, and only after the transfer does the chat support inform me that I was supposedly supposed to have read something?!

It was said that it usually takes up to 3 hours, but they prefer to mention that in rare cases it takes up to 24 hours.
Why? It is very lined up transfer, super low amount of money, relatively big commission.

Unfortunately we cannot say for certain that how much USDT will give you 1000 PayPal EUR since PayPal does not provide a clear statement on how much commission they deduct from the transaction. PayPal deducts the commission in the currency that has been transferred to your account. In your case, you have received PayPal EUR so the commission is deducted in Euros.

We ask you to refer to our website homepage and carefully review first step of PayPal order. We have mentioned that we exactly send the amount mentioned in the "We Send" section but PayPal deducts 3-6 percent of the sent amount.
It is possible that our other colleagues transfer to PayPal accounts using "Friends and Family" method. This way, PayPal does not deduct any commission. Unfortunately we cannot use this method.

I would like to know that before entering a transaction with this counterparty.
The support only reacts with a pre-set script messages like be assured we will process etc, without giving the normal answers to your questions, i.e. processing times.
When I asked for a refund, they told me there's a commission for getting your money back. "Fast and easy" exchange is definitely not there. They said I agreed some terms and conditions in step 4. Means fast and easy will last 24 hours.
Do not recommend, poor service. Look for another exchange.
