I have a big problem. Yesterday I created an order on your website to exchange ETH for PayPal. I sent the ETH as instructed, but the exchange did not approve the transaction immediately—it was approved the next day. However, the payment timer had expired, so I did not receive the PayPal balance, and my ETH is gone.

I have deposited Litecoin on 2-01-2026 but after lapse of four days, the funds are not deposited in my account. Kindly complete the transaction, it's already very late.

I applied 2 days ago, on 02.01.2026. So far, the application has not been completed, I have paid an additional 15% fee for the urgent exchange, this is just a mockery and deception! The support service has not responded for 2 days!

I sent crypto to change it to PayPal, but this site give my money and didn't do anything. I send email to them but they didn't answer to me. Please don't use this site.

It's been about 12 hours now and my exchange is still pending from payeer to Advcash. There is no response in the chat as well as telegram support. Either complete the exchange or return my money back if you are not able to send advcash.

Three days ago, I placed an exchange order, sent the amount specified in the order, and received confirmation of receipt.
The exchange website states that the exchange takes place within 1-48 hours, sometimes up to 72 hours.
Two days later, I contacted support to ask if everything was okay or if there was a problem with the transfer, and received only one word in response: “failed.”
At the time of writing this review, three days have passed, support has not responded to me, and I received a message stating that the transaction has been suspended because the PayPal account cannot accept payments, which is not true, since the PayPal account specified for the exchange regularly receives payments.
Since support is not responding to me and I cannot get a clear answer from OkPays, I hope that someone here can help me or at least see how irresponsibly the service performs its duties.

I sent usdt but didn’t receive funds to my PayPal. What happened and why nobody answers?

On [23/9/2025], I completed an exchange from my Payeer account to my Neteller account via OKPays.com (Order # ***). According to OKPays, the transaction was marked as "paid" on their end. However, the funds have not appeared in my Neteller account.

I have contacted OKPays support, but I have not received a clear or timely response.

I wanted to swap USDT to EUR on Paypal. I wanted just check the service, so I created regular (not urgent) order just only for 50 USDT (it was the valid minimum amount). Date creation was 23.09.2025 09:08, money come to account at 26.09.2025 11:47, which means it took more than 3 days.
When I asked support about duration of order, nobody didn't answer me on website and in Telegram.
They just answered me in Telegram chat...after 1 week after order creation.
I would not recommend this service. It is very slow and not sure someone from support will help you in time.
