I wanted to swap USDT to EUR on Paypal. I wanted just check the service, so I created regular (not urgent) order just only for 50 USDT (it was the valid minimum amount). Date creation was 23.09.2025 09:08, money come to account at 26.09.2025 11:47, which means it took more than 3 days.
When I asked support about duration of order, nobody didn't answer me on website and in Telegram.
They just answered me in Telegram chat...after 1 week after order creation.
I would not recommend this service. It is very slow and not sure someone from support will help you in time.

I've sold 0.01 eth for 38 usd paypal few months ago, now the buyer reported that someone made this transaction without their permission. And paypal placed a hold on the transaction amount until this case is closed.
I will never use this *** exchange ever again, thank go ld it was only 38$ they're probably using a hacked paypal accounts. Use this scam service at your own risk.

Negative experience with OkPays
On 01.09 I paid for an order in USDT (Payoneer transfer). The transaction is marked as paid, but the money was never sent. Support does not respond and provides no information, and my refund request is ignored.
Additionally, by mistake I also sent 171.183 TRX to their wallet (the same amount as the USDT payment). The USDT payment was fully made, and the TRX was sent accidentally. I requested them to return this amount, but they ignore this as well.
As a result:
The USDT Payoneer transfer was not completed, nor refunded.
171.183 TRX sent by mistake has not been returned.
Support does not respond at all.
Be careful: this exchanger does not fulfill obligations and ignores refund requests.

I am completely disappointed in this exchanger and do not advise anyone to use it! I fulfilled all the conditions of the exchange offer, sent 40 usdt erc20 and they answered me a day later that they could not complete the transfer. In the end, they returned only 34 usd TRC20 to me! I lost 10 usdt = 4 is the commission when sending to erc20 from the bybit exchange and 6 usdt was *** by this exchanger! It just made money out of nowhere without doing anything! Avoid it.

So okpays made a mistake, they send extra 190, support from okpays writes email if i want to pay it back in usdt or trough refund. Then i get on my paypal to see my balance in negative 174+usd and 2 disputes worth 190$. Also they did flood my paypal with 00.00$ transfers from multiple paypal accounts. This is so unproffesional. Then I'd suggest that the confirmation status on your page should read as "Pending" and not "Paid". It could be misleading.

I did a higher exchange of USDT to PayPal USD with another Exchanger from here, and in less than 40mins after network confirmation, PayPal USD was received. PayPal via Friends and Family do not usually take that long. 72hours for Friends and Family? Never heard or experienced that before. Kindly initiated the exchange if it has not been done yet. It's about 48hours now.

@BestChange Admin, please look into this. It's beginning to look like a pattern. The review above mine is the same as mine. Over 72hours and no funds have been exchanged or received. OkPays Admin just only tries to buy more time by gaslighting us into beliving that the issue is with our Recipient's merchant.

This is a tactic by the exchanger — the exchanger pays out to PayPal using "Goods and Services" when in actuality, we are not selling anything. Now, PayPal withholds the transaction/exchange until some activities or tasks are done by you (the recipient) to validate and confirm that the transaction is legitimate. PayPal will release funds after 21 days if no activities are initiated to prove the source of funds. Either you add a valid tracking of a courier, mark the order as shipped, confirm delivery, or ask buyer to confirm receipt or leave a positive feedback before you can have your funds released. You can imagine.

Anthony Sicilian, Order already completed. this is not tacnic . This is rules. Yes, you are selling coins/usd to usd, So it's under Goods and Service. You are not our friend or family member that we may need to send you as friends and family option. In case if you still need it, you need to buy with our extra service.
