I’ve started exchange on Friday 17:00
They received my payment but then reply that there was a mistake with the payment on Wise. From their side.

After that nothing happens, I’ve tried to write everywhere to support but they didn’t reply anywhere.

Also they changed the status at night on done, And still at Saturday 10 in the morning, nothing On my Wise account.
I’m still don’t understand where I should contact to in order to get my money this is a stupidest exchange I’ve seen, the admin is reading everything but not replying like a small child.
Best change admin can you please help with this question.
And didn’t work with this guys anymore.

Thank you for your response, but I find it unacceptable.

I initiated an exchange via SEPA Instant, expecting instant delivery as advertised. Instead, the funds were delayed without notice, and then I discovered on Saturday that the status was changed to "Paid" — again, with no confirmation or explanation.

Your message says the Instant transfer "failed" and was replaced with a regular SEPA. This substitution was made without my consent or prior notice, which is highly unprofessional. As a client, I should be informed immediately if the payment method changes — especially if this means significant delays.

I also ask you to reflect on your service communication and transparency. Clients deserve clear, timely updates — not silence and post-factum explanations.

Funds received, but the experience was unacceptable.
The transaction to Revolut took over 6 hours — way too long for a service handling financial operations.
Support was completely unresponsive the entire time: no replies in tickets, no answers on Telegram.
You really need to work on your service quality and communication speed.
I received the money, but the delay and silence left a very bad impression.

Seems strange to me, because I'd been using this exchanger for a while and exchanged big sums on it impeccably, with 0 problems.

Okay, this is getting extremely strange already.

3rd exchange = 3rd delay.

No other further verification is needed, 2nd time the exact same exchange from the exact same account (Revolut EUR).

No auto payment after I paid the order, and support is silent (live chat, telegram).
More than 16hr still "in pending".

There are no working business hours at the website, so I guessed it was 24/7, but in fact it's not.

i found them here and thought they could be trusted. I successfully completed a few exchanges in the usdt — revolut eur direction, but as soon as i sent a larger amount, my funds were frozen!
they claimed there was some "error" and said they would perform some made-up recalculation and return the money minus their internal "fees." This is nonsense: the exchange rate was completely average for the market, and there were no valid reasons to freeze my funds. It seems like they deliberately wait for you to trust them and then steal your money.

My funds have been frozen since last year, and i have received refund just a few days ago. They send me minus 615 udst — just for using this "service".

This user is probably linked with a hacker or some similar activity. He was able to exploit our system and took 695.36 EUR extra and when we found it, we stopped his payment and explain him the situation and offered full refund of all orders and we will bear all the fee but he did not agreed. Lastly he agreed with us by getting all exchange orders calculated with zero our fee and we paid him 100 EUR extra and in total about 193 EUR we give him extra as we discount him 93 EUR fee.

He is a liar, after coming into agreement and taking this money he is posting fake reviews. His money for on hold during this conversation to agree on something which took few days and he said one year?

Money was on hold on Dec 30, 2024 and solved in next few days, so you see year changed and he is trying to confuse people by mentioning next year. NOW user can imagine what kind of person is this.

We are going to take legal action and also we will publish a post publicly with screenshot to explain facts.

PayExchanger called me a liar, BUT:

- The rate I found on Bestchange was not my fault or mistake, but PayExchanger team's. It was clearly marked on their site as "Low Fee."
- There is no mention of frozen customer funds or recalculation due to USING PayExchanger SERVICE in their Terms and Conditions.
- These orders were processed manually.
- I have provided proof that your rate was not unique in the market, and I have seen even better rates elsewhere.
Given the above, the responsibility here lies entirely with PayExchanger.

So they just took 720 USDT from the money I sent them to exchange and sent me back minus these money because they think made a wrong currency rate.

I have wrote already that how after opening and making exchange which error shown to me on the fake exchanger website i copied the error and updated here, as we can see this exchanger has many and lot of complains with negative marks after that i do not know why bestchange admin supports him just to earn some cent as commsion its to shameless. Hello Marioum,
User somehow managed to change or compromise the rate for LTC to Perfect Money directions and submitted multiple orders. These orders 3515, 3516, 3518, 1519 were completed and we then immediately turned off the automatic payment and now final order 3520 is pending. 
We offered the user to refund back perfect money for all orders and we can refund all of his Litecoin payments without any exchange fee or transfer fee. 
Otherwise we also offered the user to recalculate these orders at the correct rate and deduct the amount which he received extra but he is not listing to anything and keep sending emails and messages and want to keep extra money and it's not a small amount which we can let him take. 
So now we are going to calculate the extra amount which he received in previous 3515, 3516, 3518, 1519 orders and then deduct this from order 3520 and send him the remaining amount. 

Further, please continue conversation via email, stop submitting multiple comments. There is no way we allow user to cheat the system and then let him go away.
