I would like to file a complaint regarding an exchange transaction through one of the exchangers listed on BestChange.

The transaction was initiated more than 12 hours ago. The exchanger claims there was an issue with a “risk payment” on the Revolut side, however:
- I have not received any funds
- I have not received any declined payment notification from Revolut
- The exchanger has not provided a clear resolution timeframe
- The issue still remains unresolved after many hours

I have repeatedly requested clarification regarding:
- whether the payment was actually sent
- whether there is confirmation of rejection from Revolut
- when the transaction or refund will be completed

Unfortunately, I continue receiving vague responses without concrete timing.

I am requesting your assistance in resolving this situation and verifying the exchanger’s actions.
