I dont care about you technical issues and as you can read in the previous reviews its not "one-time". When you hold my money by definition they are not safe because if you cant make swaps work then who knows how do you secure your app. If you cant give me output currency then just give me my eth back. The support team has basically stopped responding to.my emalls after saying the matter would be resolved in 10hrs. This is very distressing to say the least and from reading the threads below this is a common occurance.

I welcome everyone. I will be very happy if you read my review to the end. Here I will describe my experience using this site.

To begin with, I'll tell you about my problem. I wanted to transfer my funds from one cryptocurrency to another (neither in fiat, nor to a bank card). I use various investment sites and usually conquer a new wallet for each investment. A deal was made more than a year ago using OTC or P2P on this wallet. I honestly can’t remember or find or show where this deal was made simply because it was a year ago. I have no dialogues or screenshots of this trade. After creating an order on the Changenow website, I transferred my money to the specified wallet after which the progress of the transaction (as I understand it, they automatically indicate this) was changed to the "exchange of funds" (something like this) and froze. I wrote in the online chat on the site and they told me that I should write them by email. I tried to explain to them that I use work email and I can’t write from it that I have no personal mail for such cases.

From this moment I will add my thoughts and ask me to understand. I received one and the same message in online chat in which it was said that I should write to them by mail. Why is this chat created? Why can't a client help in this chat? Why should I write to you by email if you answer me right now in this chat and I am ready to solve the problem in this chat? I found some site for registering mail and registered there new mail specially for this. I wrote to them and received an answer that KYC should go on the website of their partners. Due to my work and working schedule, I could not immediately answer and apparently the site on which I registered the mail simply deleted my account. This is my problem and I admit it.

Then I created another mail and wrote on January 4 again with the message that I refuse to pass KYC and ask to return my funds to my wallet. Their rules on their site say: In case a client doesn’t wish to disclose their identity for certain reasons and refuses to provide the documents, the KYC/AML procedure is considered failed and the deposited funds are then refunded to the address (or addresses) the deposit was made from, subtracting the network fees, within 24 hours (I copied this). And they answer me that they requested KYC by mistake. They wrote to me for the first mail about this. The fact that I lost access to her is my fault. And I need to go through the AML procedure. I have to talk about these funds. I wrote everything that I remember and began to look for screenshots and any additional information but could not find and immediately mentioned that (trade with these funds was completed more than a year ago). Then they began their "investigation".

If you think that my problem is resolved, then you are mistaken. Every time after January 4, I wrote to them myself. Each time I received a message that their investigation is ongoing. Each time I was answered that I needed to wait for the responsible member Compliance Team. They do not work on weekends. They finish working until the US trading session closes. The end of my patience was the case of January 31 when they wrote to me at 6:03 pm and I answered at 6:10 pm. And no one answered me again. I wrote to them in a couple of hours and they told me “A member of our compliance team will respond to you within 1 business day”. Again. The client should wait until this responsible member answers me. Most of the time I just waited for answers although their site produces exchanges all the time and seven days a week. Soon they began to answer me at the end of their working day so that I was waiting for the answer "1 business day". They answered the same thing for a month and said that they were conducting their investigation. Today they again asked me to provide screenshots or something else to speed up work. We started with this. A month has passed. I said that I have nothing in my first messages.

In conclusion, I want to say that their responsible members do not do their job. They do not help you. They just don't want to help you. They do not care about you and your money. If you have a problem, most likely you will wait for 1-3 business days at best because support is not from compliance team just write that you must wait. It turned out that I do not have the opportunity to provide the screenshot they need. They cannot continue the exchange and cannot return the funds to my wallet. This is a situation without exit. I talked politely with them and wrote not so often to answer me for several days or not to answer at all (as is happening now). Today I answered their message within an hour and did not receive feedback. Their support works as it is convenient for themselves and does not want to help. Thank you for reading my review. I hope you never have a situation like mine. Because none of them will help you. I've been waiting for a month and my money is still with them. I hope this is all over.

I created a toncoin exchange and accidentally sent $500 USDT on the toncoin network which should be totally fine considering they advertise:

"We will process your transaction even if you:
Send a deposit in the wrong network, if this asset is supported on our service"

The exchange did not complete however so I contacted support via email. For 2 months they have been saying that my case is "top priority" but they have done nothing.

There are cases in which they refunded the user after 2 years!

I advise all people here to press legal charges against changenow, get a police letter, report your transaction to binance, cause binance is their asset holder and ask to freeze their wallets.

I told in my first request it is blocked due to AML and i told you to check wallets and assets by any AML tool you have! Score is always fine cause they are from reputable Cex!
They have no right to hold funds for more than 7 days at best, its been almost 50 days!
I sent them all kyc & AML data on day 1 and they are still delaying everything.

I would like to submit my complaint against BestChange as well cause they are obviously siding with the Exchange and against customer!

When you visit the page by a link from bestchange.com, they show you one exchange rate, but when visiting directly — they show a different exchange rate.

So I've opened their site by clicking link in on a bestchange table, the exchange rate they showed me was matched their listing on bestchange. I've transfered the crypto, got confirmation and then they transfered me LESS than I was expecting — by about 3%.

I thought: "Well, maybe rate fluctuated that much", — it was approximately 5 minutes until exchange completion, so I checked back with bestchange and it showed them listing with higher (better for me) rate.

And this is how I found out. The advertise one rate for bestchange, but actually swap with a worse one, and they trick you with showing visitors from bestchange a fake rate. I've made sure to use "Include comissions" option for calculator.

Do not use this site. Good day.

Unfortunately, I am reaching out to inform you that I am currently experiencing an issue with the exchange service ChangeNow, where my funds have been frozen and not returned. I have previously used this exchange without any problems, which is why I did not report the situation earlier. However, it now seems that the exchange does not intend to return the funds.

The issue began approximately five days ago. I immediately completed the verification process through a third-party service that ChangeNow cooperates with, as instructed. According to the information on their website:
"To proceed with the verification process, please contact support@changenow.io and follow the instructions provided. As soon as we receive the information required under KYC/AML regulations, the exchange will be completed."
Despite following all instructions and completing verification, the exchange has not been completed.

Additionally, I was asked to explain the origin of the funds sent from the address I used. I provided a detailed explanation along with screenshots proving that the wallet belongs to me and that it was funded from an older crypto wallet, to which I also have access. Unfortunately, my response did not satisfy their requirements.

I have continued to try to resolve this issue in a cooperative and transparent manner and have done everything requested in hopes of getting my funds returned. I also ran an independent AML check on the coins through a third-party service, which confirmed that the funds are safe.

If, for any reason, the exchange cannot be completed, I am fully willing to accept a refund to the initial sending address.

I sincerely hope that the BestChange administration can assist me in this situation. I am fully prepared to provide all the necessary information and correspondence related to this matter.

Now they just tell me to wait indefinitely, while they make an "investigation" on funds that have below 50% aml risks and no illegal sources.
Also this funds were successfully used on other exchanges here on bestchange and everything was fine.

On June 2, 2025, I initiated a Monero-to-Solana exchange via your platform. The transaction did not process successfully. After following up, I was informed that a problem was found and was being investigated.

However, I was very surprised and concerned when your team requested the private key of my Monero wallet as proof of the transaction. I must respectfully state that this is an inappropriate and highly unsafe request.

The private key grants full access to all my Monero funds and sharing it would expose my entire wallet to theft. No legitimate service should ever ask for a private key under any circumstances.

Always had good experiences with changenow. Recently i had a confusing case, where i had accidentally sent USDC (SOL) to a Solana-only address, which took quite a while to figure out a solution for. A couple ow weeks ago I was attemting to buy some PLS thru the piteas dapp, I inputed a trade for 0.15 eth for PLS tokens, while in the process my computer crashed. A couple days later I got it back running and noticed the swap only sent my eth out of wallet with no returning PLS tokens. I am attempting to either complete the trade or recover my eth. Here is some research I did but I am in no way able to understand whats happened and who has the eth., etc. Can you try to decifer the events and how to proceed?
Problem solved in minutes
I simply filled out the online ticket system, and they responded within the hour ( others can take days ) and from the docs and screenshots I sent they had a solution and executed it swiftly. The support team Eyvi, August and Adam were all very helpful and kind.

A few years ago, I used Atomic Wallet to perform a swap: 1 ETH 1650 USDT (on TRON network). However, I never received the USDT. At the time, I had many transactions on my wallet, and unfortunately, I forgot about this swap.

Recently, I checked my wallet and noticed that the swap transaction is still marked as "pending" or not completed. I contacted Atomic Wallet support, and they informed me that the transaction was handled on the ChangeNOW side. They also asked me to complete KYC verification, which I have now successfully passed.

I was informed that a response would be provided within 7 business days after verification, but this timeframe has long passed. If your team is unable to resolve such a basic issue involving $1,500 in a reasonable period—despite your platform handling transactions exponentially larger in volume—it raises serious concerns about accountability and transparency.

If this is going to turn into a months-long process, I would appreciate your honesty now rather than being left in the dark week after week.
